GoogleWell if there was a option for 6 stars then i would give it. I’ve recently purchased my first home through dixons and everything about my experience with the company was warm and welcoming. Constant up to date feed back from Dan letting me know how the process was going. He even refered me to their in house mortgage advisor Adam Rhodes. From the first time I spoke to Adam i could tell he was a professional man and cared about the job he was doing. Never have i received such great customer care and service. He answered all my questions and helped push along the sale as much as possible. Such a stressful moment eased by the hard working people at dixons. GoogleI have deleted my post because since before moving in to our rented property there has been problems. We requested two things to be done which because Dixons doesn’t manage the property they don’t chase up. Which is disgusting because of everything we had to do before moving in was a joke. I thought Dixons were the high end of the estate agents market but we’ve had nothing but rubbish since moving into the property we let through them.

Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.
