Im extremely impressed with the standard of customer service Dixons have provided. I was selling a retirement Park Home, and due to this type of property I expected a long and difficult sales process. However the branch manager Richard Holden, and the Sales Negotiator Chloe Potter reasured me I was in safe hands, and they delivered on their promise! Consistently keeping me updated, only a few months later the property was sold, they honestly opened my eyes to their skill set and capabilities of selling a variety of property types, I wouldnt have changed a thing and couldnt have asked for a smoother sales process. I plan on moving property and renting out a property in 2026, of which, I will be coming back Dixons solihull for help again. Thank you team Dixons, Richard and Chloe, been fabulous from day one.

Ian is a wonderful mortgage broker and I’m so glad we found him for our first home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and kept us upto date with everything. He really knows his stuff and is happy to give his advice to new kids in the block like us. The best thing we got with Ian was him lifetime membership so we know any future property purchases and sales will be smooth. I am writing this 5 star review to highlight Jess Blyth’s outstanding and straightforward negotiating skills, communication skills and the highest patience into processing my application for a house! She has contacted me and updated me right away even if she has already clocked out of work which is what I am very most thankful about, she gave me the best advices on what are the most appropriate steps to do so I can speed up my process and only in a span of less than a week, she has managed to talk to both me and the landlord and negotiate the prices smoothly. I used Ian walker as my broker to get a mortgage, he went out his way and made everything go smoothly. Ian is a great example of a honest mortgage broker who wouldn't give you false hope, he explained everything in detail and was straight up in regards to my hopes and expectations. Even when the mortgage was issued, Ian kept me updated on the interest rates and I was really happy when he got me a lower rate compared to the original offer. Richard and Vicky did an excellent job helping us not only sell our house but chase the rest of the chain to ensure we could move in before Christmas. We found a house we loved before we had put ours on the market but that was no problem for Richard who got our house on the market within a matter of days and sold it for the asking price within a week so that we could secure our dream house! Vicky was excellent in keeping us updated on the progress of the sale and both Richard and Vicky went above and beyond chasing the rest of the chain and feeding back information to us so we knew what was happening throughout. The service received from the team at Dixons Solihull was first rate. We needed to rent our property due to travelling abroad and the team managed in particular Amy & Darnish managed to get our property on the market to let in less than a week, absolutely incredible service. They really took the stress away from me having to worry about letting the property whilst not being in the country, Darnish in particular was brilliant at every step and updates provided nearly every day and also a special mention to Amy who was fantastic in answering all our questions in regards to the process and fees involved, everything was explained clearly. 5 star all round, if you’re looking to let your property then choosing Dixons Solihull is the best option

My family are grateful to Becky and her team in the service and care shown in the 2-3 years of letting our property. From the time I spoke with Becky (over the phone during Covid) to the most recent times in concluding matters, I have really appreciated the way in which Becky takes an interest and provides service in the way she delegates to her team and remains available. Behind every house, there are people and their circumstances and I found Becky to be very mindful of this in her approach as she was caring, sensitive, and very helpful throughout the entire letting process. Our tenants were extraordinary and stayed the entire time the property was available to rent because they were happy there. I appreciate the thought and care given by Amy to find reliable tenants, who would appreciate the property. I wholeheartedly endorse the letting team at Dixons.

Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.
