GoogleAwful service on the lettings side, reported repairs to these in October 2019, still had nothing back in January 2020, negative attitude from the one who runs the office, only gave one star as I couldn't give a zero rating, woeful just like the YouTube video, steer clear if you can

As a tenant we understand it is frustrating somtimes when communications back and forth don't go exactly as you want. FacebookI am so glad we purchased through black and golds. Wonderful from first viewing to the day we moved in. Courteous and I feel far superior to other agents on the high street. We are very happy in our lovely home despite all the boxes still around us.

GoogleRecently bought a property through black and gold and the service was not good. I felt that the staff don’t really have the right knowledge and when asking for call backs and needing information I would never get a call back and always constantly chasing.
