GoogleI bought my house with Black and Golds in 2022. I had a lot of questions regarding the purchase procedure which, Suzi from sales progression team handled very well and was prompt in her communication. I’m also pleased with her support in resolving minor issues after the completion of the purchase.

GoogleVery disappointing - asked for a viewing of a property the day it went on the market. We would have viewed within 48 hours but were given a date over a week away. Half way through the week I contacted them to check all was 'on track' as we were very hopeful about the property, only to be told that its now sold and our viewing is cancelled! We would have viewed right away given the opportunity!!
Hello Emma, I am really sorry to hear of your disappointment. It is really not our aim to add to the already stressful activity of buying a house! As far as your experience is concerned all I can do is apologise that an offer was put in and accepted so quickly without giving you a chance to view the house. We are obviously guided by home owners of when to take a property off the market and stop any viewings and in this case we could not continue with your viewing as an offer had been accepted. I am sure that does not ease your frustration at all, I know how frustrating the current property market can be with properties being sold so quickly in a very popular area. However getting access on properties to do viewings is not always a straight forward task as the home owners will have commitments that mean we can only show people around at certain times. GoogleWORST SERVICE EVER Had a bad after sales experience, the agent is not even bothered to return call for queries. They made house move extremely stressful.
This is really not great to read and I am sorry you felt that BG have caused you stress… this is not what we are about! I have checked your emails and there is a rightmove lead linking to your name asking to look at our most popular property of the week. Unfortunately the property in question had over 40 applicants with the property already having a sale agreed SSTC by the time your requests came in. I would definitely contact black and golds if i was selling as i have experienced quite a few estate agents and none have come close to the quality and professionalism they have shown.
