Black & Golds at Shirley have provided me with exceptional customer service. All the staff have been friendly , professional , informative , on time & have kept me updated with any queries I have had. The stressful time of looking for a rental that I could have my small dog has been challenging but as soon as I started dealing with DAN at Black and Golds he made it a very smooth process. I even called one late afternoon around 5.30pm as I couldn't work out some appliances & he said I'll be right there, amazing for him to do that for me especially as I assumed he had finished for the day & was on his way home. When he came he took all the time to answer all my questions & made me feel at ease. Highly recommend Black and Golds to deal with✅ Thank you for making my journey so far less stressful & it's great knowing I'm in good hands & I can trust them with any further queries I may have. 🤗

When it comes to moving home , there are many things to consider,all of them stressful and giving you a headaches along the way. so having to choose an estate agent to starts the whole ball rolling , and having decided to go with Black &Gold , we have realised that they are the company who take the stress away from you , soak it up themselves and let you deal with other house moving issues. All the staff involved in our move moped up all the issues, took the whole move under their wing, and to coin a phrase from a famous sports trainer company they "Just do it !" If I could give them 5+ star rating I would ⭐️ A special mention for Jersey, Ollie & Zoe who have all been so supportive, professional and super committed to helping me complete on purchasing my home 🏡 I honestly can’t recommend them enough, I had been looking for a year or so & other estate agents just seemed non committed or had poor communications but the team at Black & Golds really did go above & beyond to help finalise the acceptance of my offer as well as support with completing all the legal actions quickly and efficiently. They made sure to provide regular updates & ultimately made this journey stress free. I also utilised the services of their in house mortgage advisor, Richard, who, again I cannot recommend enough! Husband and I purchased a property through Black and Golds. From start to finish, we had excellent communication and support from staff members such as Olly and Suzi. All queries was always promptly answered and they would always chase up the sellers solicitors when needed. This allowed us to complete on our dream properly very quickly. Our offer was accepted on 1st September and we got keys on 7th December. Would highly recommend. We also used the in house broker - Richard who was also great and helped us get the best rates for our mortgage and supported us through new applications when rates dropped. Overall we couldn’t have had a more lovely customer service experience. Thank you!

Black and Golds recently sold my late mother’s house for me twice within a week of it going on the market due to the 1st buyer pulling out at the last minute. Mike and all of his colleagues are professional, approachable and friendly. Between them they operate a “proper” estate agents that don’t charge extortionate prices like some do. Buy or sell with them with confidence. Listen to all the positive reviews on here, it’s all true. I will be selling my house next year and will definitely use them again.

All of Black & Golds reps that I spoke to along my journey were on point. Their help, guidance and reassurance were 2nd to none, especially during the more complicated issues that can and do arise during both buying and selling a property. Laura (Dingley) was our main contact & guide - she could not have been more helpful and courteous. They also offer a mortgage advice rep (Richard) who was fantastic in finding us the best rate and provide several different options as well as guidance and help with both mortgage and insurance advice. Over all if there was a 11 out of 10 rating then this is what I would mark Black & Golds at, as they are a vibrant, friendly and more than capable Estate Agent to deal with if you are ever thinking of buying and/or selling a property
