Hello Sunny, We are struggling to locate your name as a registered customer but believe you may have booked a viewing for one of our rental properties under a different name? As discussed on the phone we were at the property in question for over an hour carrying out viewings with 4 other applicants who attended their appointments. We spoke to you the following day and understood that you could not find the property to attend the viewing. We are sorry that you were not able to locate the house in question but really do not feel that we can be held responsible for you missing a viewing.
