I found my current flat via Outlet and I found them to be a very serious and efficient agent. Cristian, my contact at Outlet, was very responsive and helpful, all the paperwork was sorted out very quickly and there was no bad surprise. I definitely recommend them

"We have been dealing with Michelle Jones on the letting of our house. She shows great interest and works hard to find us the right property. She is very efficient and helpful both during the process of letting and further issues. Highly recommended."

View AgentsProfessional and quick to reply
I dealt with Theresa and Cristian. They were professional and prompt to respond to any inquiries I had. Best letting agent I've dealt with. Only had to pay £60 for a referencing fee. No other hidden costs. All dealt with pretty swiftly.

Both Russell and Theresa repeatedly went out of their way to ensure my move went smoothly. I'm so grateful. It's inspiring to see people going over and above. Highly highly recommended. I would struggle to visit a different agency.

View AgentsOutlet Property provided an exceptional service
I went to Outlet with a very narrow brief about the kind of place I was looking for. Their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly and professional, and really took the time to listen to my requirements and concerns. They suggested some great options and in the end found me my new place which not only ticks all the boxes I had but has exceeded my expectations of what I could find for the budget I set them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

View AgentsHonest, professional, all round GREAT agency
Finally, a honest and professional estate agency. This is the second time I've used Outlet to help me find an apartment, and you can't go wrong with them. They offer great properties as decent prices, and after moving in they continue to take care of you should you need anything.

Securing our property was quick and straightforward. We have settled in nicely and Oulet have offered their assistance to any questions or issues we've faced. I've experienced previous agents which have been very difficult, it's refreshing to feel in good hands with Outlet.
