Loyal and efficient service in a difficult negotiating situation.

Andrew Thiele accepted my instructions to sell a flat which was soon likely to be compulsorily purchased by the freeholder. This meant there was only one buyer so it was impossible to test his initial valuation properly. Nevertheless I am satisfied that the final value obtained was acceptable in these special circumstances. ..He was efficient and always kept me informed about progress even from his hospital bed. I was impressed. I have always had excellent service from Outlet Property Services over many years of contact. during which they found good tenants for my investment flat..

Michelle from Outlet was an agent of the property we bought. The whole process was very challenging and took almost 6 months due to various reasons but I felt that Michelle was the only person being on our side during the process and helping to chase different parties to get some progress.
