People wondered why I hadnt used a local agent to the address... this is the reason, and I don’t do reviews normally...I am sure I would NEVER have received anywhere near this service I received from Outlet, from any local agent round here. Iain Hawkes, got me a tenant within two weeks of joining.. having travelled out to the property in catford from Soho. Darshan got the ball rolling with the tenancy agreement and inventory... never seen a more detailed inventory in my life. Theresa Parkes... sealed it by finding and advising all the utilities of the new tenancy. Outlet is a totally efficient agent who I will definitely use and recommend in the future for all my lettings. They listened to the kind of people I wanted in my property

Russell was extremely responsive when we contacted him about a flat he was letting. He was very brief and concise and responded quickly every single time by text, but also very detailed when needed to convey important information or answer our questions, with detailed emails laying everything out, which made us feel very assured that everything would be taken care of.. His demeanor is also awesome - so friendly and fun, but also down to business. Theresa was very warm and helped ensure our move-in went smoothly with last-minute fixes on the lights that she had taken care of the very next day. Claudia has been amazing with fantastic communication about ongoing repairs. Overall we have dealt with several other employees at Outlet over a few months and they have been either great or fantastic, so much better than our past letting company, and we enjoy working with them all.

Outlet are a small and friendly team in the heart of Soho. They work hard to keep both the landlords and tenants happy by providing prompt and attentive service. They know the local market well and have been working in this market for more than 20 years. Claudia Gomes, the manager, is easy to approach and promptly follows up issues and sees them through to resolution. Theresa Gomes as property co- ordinator is always happy to help out and make life easier for landlords and tenants. They all work well together as a great team. I have worked with Outlet for over 7 years now and they rent out two of my apartments.

My girlfriend and I moved at quite short notice over the summer. We got in contact with Outlet Property and they made the process incredibly straightforward. View AgentsA frustrating renting experience despite Theresa's kindness
Our experience of renting property was frustrating. Our moving in date was delayed from Wednesday to Friday and from Friday 3pm to 4pm, and it took us 8 days in total... We agreed to make the rental payment and sign the tenancy agreement on Friday afternoon. But, on Thursday evening, we were called by the agent and asked to make the payment. When we went to their office to make the payment, we found out that the hurry was because the transfer of the money took time and it might be delayed to Monday because of the weekend break.... We were delivered the keys to move in after making the 6-month rental payment and signing the contract; they sent us wishing a smooth process of moving in but when we went there the flat was not ready: The floor and carpet cleaning wasn't done because the walls and the doors weren't dry yet, the bed and the wardrobe were uninstalled (packed in the middle of the living room), and the smell of the painting was so strong that it wasn't healthy and even possible to stay in there. We finally moved in the next day, one day after the commencement day of the tenancy agreement, which was actually against the terms of the agreement... Having already waited for 8 days to move in after paying the deposit and the fees, we also couldn't understand why the painting was done one day before our move in date. We have been exposed to smelling chemicals since we moved in.... The mailbox key was absent in the keys delivered to us, and after making several phone calls, were were delivered the key after 5 days but we had to go to their office ourselves to receive it. Theresa kindly helped us solve our problems regarding the delays, and gave us the guidelines about moving in and info about the facility suppliers, etc. Overall, the

Dear Oznur and Mehmet, Firstly we apologise for the delay with your move in, and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunatley the paintwork took a long time to dry, and we had to work around this with the clean. I do apologise about the mailbox key. This had been separated from the tenants' keys which we passed to you, and was was an oversight on our part. Regarding the payment, We were concerned that funds would not be showing in our account as cleared before the move in day, in case there were any delays, which is why we always request full payment before the move in date from every tenant. The furniture was still wrapped in order to protect it from the painting. We sincerely apologise for the problems that you have experienced at the beginning of this tenancy. Russell Wells and Theresa Parkes Fantastic attention to detail and always supportive. From the day I met Russell earlier this year, when he first showed me the flat I am now renting, right up the present day, when both he and Theresa have always been responsive and offered helpful advise and suggestions. This has been invaluable as I have been mostly abroad and needed to know that all was well while I was away. I was looking for a one-bed flat in late Feb and viewed a property that showed by Cristian, he explained to me the details very well and provided the help of asking the landlord the additional questions that I had regarding the flat. The whole process of renting my current property only took 2 weeks in total and the customer services that Cristian provided to me was very helpful. I have just concluded a two year tenancy through Outlet and I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with. And when does anyone ever say that about a letting agency?! My approval as a tenant was dealt with by Russell who was unfailing helpful, friendly and prompt in his communication. He helped me navigate all of the boring paperwork and other things that normally make moving in to somewhere a chore. Once I was in, Theresa acted as my point of contact and again was brilliant. Renting through outlet is a bit like dealing with a trusted friend. It's a winning combination of friendliness and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to go through them again.
