Google⚠️Pigeon droppings @Vanburgh Court⛔️ A few months ago, we moved into Vanburgh Court Flat and found that there were pigeons and their droppings on the house's balcony a few days after we moved in. We notified Frost Pooja Shah in this respect by phone, email, and in person. Despite multiple reports, nothing was done. We eventually made the decision to leave the residence. Then we made our move. They disregard tenant concerns always. I will never recommend Slough Frost Agency.

FacebookI purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

GoogleEven no deserve to get one star . This company is absolutely terrible. Their service is completely disgusting. They are deceptive about the commission, and the response time is a joke, you message them and they reply at 5 PM the next day! They keep stalling and asking for the same documents over and over again, even though we've submitted them multiple times. This is beyond frustrating

GoogleEyespy360 is a great product to use. But I have an urgent technical question that I need answered. I have called them, emailed them and used their help facility online and I have yet to have any communications back from them. I am paying a subscription but cannot use the 360 virtual tour I have produced because they do not get back to me to sort out my problem..

GoogleThis was a fabulous service for both selling and buying. The sales team were very proactive and kept us up to date. The photographer is amazing and really captures your home. The conveyancing team were also helpful and kept us up to date on how things were progressing and flexible.

GoogleWill constantly spam you, despite the landlord no longer living at our address for 5+ years, they keep sending weekly spam mail asking for new properties - from Jevan Bath. I have asked multiple times for it to be updated.

Our experience with Frosts went far above what we expected, our sale was quick and the care and consideration we got particularly from two members of the team was outstanding. Lee and Alison dealt with all the problems we were having with our purchase especially on the exchange day and also checked to see if we were ok once in our new home. With my husband being gravely ill in hospital it was a difficult time and they helped us in every way possible, their support was greatly appreciated and I’m sure exceeded any policies you have as a company. With members of a team like them, you cannot fail as a business, their heart and soul goes into their work and the clients they deal with. I cannot thank them enough for their support and kind words. Their team of Letting agents in particular Caroline have been outstanding in getting our property rented quickly and smoothly. On the Property Mangement side I have to call out Ciara Jewsbury. Her customer service and attention to detail has been outstanding. She has worked diligently on getting issues resolved quickly, has been super responsive and shown great leadership. I am so so impressed with Ciara and know she will be super successful in any projects she takes on within The Frost Partnership.
