They have not paid back my deposit for 3 months now. I moved out of the property rented in July. Have been calling them and sending emails with no response as to when the deposit will be paid back. During the tenancy did not get much support. Definitely do not recommend the agency.

GoogleContinues to change words. They requested a document (with option A or B) but suddenly retracted their words after several emails back and forth. Not even an apology or an explanation. Terrible. Would opt for different agency if possible.

GoogleGreat service, cost effective and super easy to setup, Chat Heroes did just about everything for us and the service was up and running in no time. Lots of positive client feedback which is great, because if our own staff had to man the chat log, we would definitely fail to do so well due to other priorities and pressures.

FacebookMade an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Was told i would be getting a response to why this happened, 6days nothing, im writing this.
