GoogleInitially we found that Frost were very difficult to get hold of and communication was poor, however since Tegan Ellis took over the role of our property management the communication has been much better. She has gone above and beyond for us and kept us in the loop with everything. Thanks ever so much for all of your hard work Tegan.

They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. We have dealt with The Frost Partnership over several years having experienced disappointing service from other agents in the Cippenham area. They have been professional and, very important to me, discreet, in the sale of two of my properties and the purchase of two flats. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, and have done so on two occasions since. They go above and beyond what is expected of an Estate Agent even finding me somewhere to stay as my buyers were ready but my purchase was not.
