FacebookMy wife and I have been landlords for many years. Caroline Scott has always provided us with excellent service - emails and phone calls answered quickly in a friendly but professional manner. Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost.The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. GoogleAwful company, the open banking system they have wouldn't work on my android so after providing everything from 6 month bank statements, tax return, previous tenancy agreement, landlord reference, and accountant reference, they blatantly lied to me the agent and the landlord saying that my accountant is not registered, which was a stone cold lie; I found my accountants ACCA registration number and forwarded it on saying they are lying, obviously the landlord toke homeppl's side despite all my information, and evidence proving they were lying. Disgraceful company

GoogleI would like to express my high satisfaction with the services Pooja Shah has provided. She has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process including admin processes as well as problem solving even when there were unforeseen circumstances and the managing agent was not helpful at all! I would highly recommend her and the agency where she works.

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

GoogleYou cannot trust this agency. They sound very helpful when you speak to them, but they are deceitful. My house sale had 'fallen through' and they didn't even tell me - I wondered why the sale was taking so long and only found out on the final week of my sale (from my Solicitor) that it was a different buyer!!
We would be more than happy to discuss the issues raised in your review however you have sadly decided against leaving us your name and contact details, here at Brown and Kay we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further.

FacebookThe way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?

GoogleNot professional and not ethical at all. I'm doing a reantal referencing check with this agency, and their bad temper and manner just made me angry. They do not even know what documents can be provided, and what alterbative options there are, which is making the whole process hard to proceed.
