GoogleAbsolutely awful. Acting as guarantor for my son on a flat rental and it’s an absolute disaster. They provided a link to portal that was broken. The amount of information requested is insane. They try to access your account through open banking. The have my sons name wrong, the flat number wrong, The portal gives options to upload jpeg format files (easy as you can take pics of docs) but then barfs when you upload saying it needs to be pdf. Then when you think it is complete the portal just hangs. I’m sure it could be worse but I can’t think how right now

GoogleSo unprofessional! I have been calling them for almost 2 months now to get my money back and they are incapable of doing it. Refund me my own money, this is unacceptable. One advice to you : never pay a holding deposit for a place you are not sure to get, they will keep your money and you will never this it again.

They demand an excessive amount of personal information and bombard you with daily email, threatening potential failure if you don't respond within 24 hours. TrustpilotFrost company are really scammers
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting.
For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month
