Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

GoogleVery positive experience selling through G&B. I'd had a sale fall through, having marketed by myself with an online agent, so gave the property to G&B who quickly got me a new offer which proceeded to completion. Jeremy was on the ball the whole way through, nursing both myself and the purchaser and the lenders and solicitors. Communication and service were excellent!

GoogleHigh standard service**** I never had such pleasant experience with an agency before. I’ve been in contact with Mrs Pooja Shah since day one she handled the viewing and the whole process till signature. She has been very professional, not pushy, quick to get back to any request and been very patient. I rarely had real advisor like her - always been in contact with “sales” people but she really give you the time you need to find the perfect fit for you. Found a place and signed the contract in no time. Highly recommend the Frost agency the best you can find in Slough.

I wish I had put both with Frost as the difference in service and professionalism was amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pooja at Frost. We have dealt with the Frost Parnrshipnover several years having experienced disappointing service from other agents in the Cippenham area. They have been professional and discreet which was very important to me with the sale of my two properties and the purchase of two flats. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services and have done so on two occasions since. They go above and beyond what is expected of an Estate Agent even finding me somewhere to stay as my buyers were ready but my purchase was not.
