I would certainly recommend Frosts. In a difficult market they secured two reasonable offers and helped us through a slightly protracted sale due to various issues raised by the buyer. I am extremely grateful to Lee Henry and to Alison Perchard for their hard work and common sense as well as their hands on approach. I have no hesitation in saying that they did a sterling job. Googlethey copied my Rightmove listings and used the pictures and description without my approval to make it look that property was available on their website when it wasnt. Shocking behaviour. so people enquire about a property when Movebuble cat even show them the property because they are not the agent for it

GooglePooja has been absolutely helpful with finding a property for us on two occasions. She is really helpful and deals with our queries straight away. We dealt from the beginning with Pooja who is very professional and experienced but also wonderful, understanding and friendly person. GoogleMy experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. I am deeply disappointed with their lack of transparency and inefficiency throughout the entire application process. Firstly, they fail to inform applicants about any additional documentation required. It's incredibly frustrating to discover later on that there were missing documents or information that I could have easily provided if I had been notified. Their inability to provide updates on the progress of my application is ridiculous. It feels like I'm left in the dark, constantly wondering if my application has been reviewed or if there are any issues that need attention. Once you submit your documents, there is no way to view what you have sent. This lack of access to one's own submission is perplexing and inconvenient. It leaves you feeling helpless and reliant solely on their live chat support. While the agents are polite and very helpful, the entire process becomes inefficient and time-consuming as you constantly have to chase them for updates.
