I recently rented an apartment with Frost Partnership, briefly sharing my experience here. Being to new to London city I had little information about the renting formalities and procedures. Govind and Pooja at Frost partnership made the process so easy and hassle free for me, also the proceedings were professionaly well documented and notified too. We found a lovely flat at a reasonable price. I also commend their continuous assistance while our stay, when needed. Our renting experience was great, definitely recommend others.

We were really really happy with the support offered by everyone at Frosts Slough. Despite what I am sure the team in Slough would say was a tough sales process, the team at Frosts really helped to make it as smooth as possible for us. We are happy that we definitely picked the right Estate Agents. Alison is an excellent expeditor. We fully trusted her to keep everything moving really quickly and she was exceptionally friendly and professional. We could really see the difference having a professional, efficent and friendly expeditor like Alison makes. We were also thrilled with the work of Lee Moss and Lee Henry, working through viewings and giving us good advice. Both were always punctual, friendly, helpful and professional. No response to emails - out of business?

I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

FROST :Fake, fickle and fraud! We rented a property through FROST . As soon as we settled in, we noticed that the fridge was not working. That was around FOUR MONTHS ago .We complained that the fridge has severe frost in it and was leaking water and spoiling our food. Alot of bottles of milk of ours has gone bad and also loads of food. I even got bad food poisoning from the food that had gone bad because of the fridge temperature! We emailed and called FROST alot . They first said landlord is buying new fridge, then that he is saying it is too expensive, they are looking into it. After a few weeks, we will send in the contractors. The contractor didnot come for a whole month! And when they did , they said FROST had told them A DAY BEFORE! Then our calls werenot answered back. Moreover, when contractor came, he said that the fridge gas is not working so this needs to be replaced. And that they need to reimburse the food money .OBVIOUSLY they didnot reimburse. Also, then FROST said we will talk to the landlord. We are handling the matter, AFTER my husband complained the HeadOffice. Again a long silence Then they told us that the fridge is ordered and it will be fitted this week. That was last week. Why should me and my husband drink spoilt milk and spoilt food?! Why should we suffer?? We have suffered so much useless stress from them! A fridge is a neccissity if you eat food and store food. We are not living in stoneages. Or are we as FROST seems to think? I have not seen a worst company in UK then FROST! Iam going to take this matter to Ombeudsman . Fraud. Lies. Delay tactics- FROST in a nutshell. Stay away from them if you are a tenant as you dont need the stress we are going through! Mrs Nadreen Khan

In my experience I have no doubts that it is one of my best experiences. I had a very good professional experience when it comes to my interaction with everyone in Frost. Special mention goes to Ellie who showed my property to prospective tenants and generated very good interest in one day of scheduled viewings. The quality of tenants were also very good and we were spoiled for choice with multiple good options. We discussed with Frost and among ourselves and went with who we felt comfortable with. Last but most important person who coordinated everything for taking pictures to adevertising to keeping in touch with me to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way was Pooja who went above and beyond what can be expected of her to bring everything together at such short notice. Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

Had a dreadful time with Frost, who paid little attention to our needs in the property. Would give zero stars if possible. When we moved in, the lock on the bedroom window was broken and the property could easily be accessed by anyone, seeing as it was a ground floor flat. We informed Frost about this on several occasions, but it took months for them to repair. During this time we went on holiday for two weeks and were told by one member of the Frost team, "don't worry, if someone breaks in and steals things, it will be landlord's responsibility to replace your stuff." We had to create a short term solution ourselves to ensure our property was safe. It was a far from reassuring start to life in our new place and our problems didn't end there. Our flat was advertised as 'long term rent' when we moved in, but was put up for sale just four months after we moved in and, once it was eventually sold, we only found out because of a picture in the shop window in the high street. No one called us to inform us that we needed to begin looking for a new place to live. Then, once we had moved out, they tried to charge us £30 for a metal fixture in the bathroom that was already there when we moved in, as well as letting someone enter the property to perform an electrical survey without our permission while we were still technically renting the flat, but after we had moved out. This doesn't seem like much of an issue, but said electrical survey was conducted before the date of the check-out inventory and, as the electrician left the carpet in a state, we had to pay £90 to have it professionally cleaned. Frost claimed there was no way we could prove it was the electrician and not ourselves who had caused the mess. We moved out in October, but only managed to get our deposit back today, after intervention from the tenancy deposit scheme, after Frost were willing to offer the landlords until the end of January - a whole three months after our move out date - to even sign the deposit release agreement. Any claims raised with the tenancy deposit scheme have to be made within three months of moving out of a property, so had we waited and still not received our deposit, we'd have been unable to seek their help. Renting from Frost was more or less a total shambles from start to finish and we're glad we no longer rent one of their properties.
