This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

The flat was freezing cold in the winter, I've got kids so it was absolutely dreadful for them too. The windows are wooden so the heat just goes straight out. But more to the point, the central heating was ridiculous - they never heated up and were lukewarm to the touch. The ceiling leaked, the window sills inside leaked, water came through the wooden windows. It was just a horrible place to live. All throughout this years tenancy agreement we paid £1350 a month. When we announced we were leaving they hit us with bills. They took our deposit. Charged us for cleaning the apartment once we left. Charged us for painting the apartment once we left. Even charged us £45 for removing some Blu-tac marks on the wall, even though they charged us to paint the place. I've correspondence letters and emails and the PDF file of the bill they hit us with. I just wish I could do something about it. But I warn you, do not trust these rogues!!!!

GoogleI would like to express my high satisfaction with the services Pooja Shah has provided. She has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process including admin processes as well as problem solving even when there were unforeseen circumstances and the managing agent was not helpful at all! I would highly recommend her and the agency where she works.

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

GoogleBig time Sammers!!! The worst Estate agent, they took my £300 deposit that I placed for a 1 bedroom Flat in Southall, and they later told me that I need to Have £40000 to rent the place, which I dont Have, but I only have £25000 so for that reason I cant rent the flat and my £300 is non-refundable absolutely scammers, will go to court and claim my £300 back from them.

Googlebad estate agent to deal with, here is my experience with them: called to enquire and book a viewing for 2 properties in the same building, I was told told one of them was free to view over the weekend, I got a confirmation text, then they cancelled it shortly after because the landlord thinks 2 bedroom is too small for 2 adults and a child. they said the 2nd property was available for a viewing the following day and the current tenant was free at 17:40 on that day only, I said fine and got a viewing booked. on the day, i made a 1hr journey to slough (50miles each way), Ellen or whatever her name is calls me 30 mins before my viewing was due and whilst I was waiting for them outside, she then tells me "someone had put in an offer and the property is now off the market, ok?" when I asked her why is she letting me know this late, her response in a cold tone and without any apology was, well your viewing isn't due for another 30 mins! yh sure, you can say that if I was local, didn't have to leave work early and didn't waste petrol . Oh and she knew exactly where I was coming from because she took my current address the previous day. Plus I thought the current tenant could only do 17:40 so how did you manage to get a viewing before then? and get rid of the chewing gum while you speak to customers over the phone, it's very unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe were due to move into a property for rent and had signed the tenancy application, passed referencing and paid all fees but 2 weeks before our move in date we received an email from Pooja Shah advising us that the landlord had decided not to rent the property. Given how late into the process this was I would have at least expected a phone call. I would never recommend using this estate agents due to their poor service.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.
