View AgentsFrom the first initial meeting to consider the sale of the property I was impressed with a positive approach to marketing the property. The agent told me that he thought the house would sell quickly. How right he was. Within days of accepting their terms the house was photographed and put on the market. I was kept fully up to date and informed of all viewings. The house was sold within the month and funnily enough to the first person who viewed it. What service. The staff whom I spoke to both in the office and over the telephone were always helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent

Most of my interaction with the office was done via email and I was very satisfied with the quick response. Overall a very good experience, proactive attentive and responsive providing guidance where required as I'm not that experienced at selling property. My only gripe would be having to remind the estate agent on a couple of occasions to ensure that after viewings the property was left secure I.e conservatory door was both closed and locked. Despite this I would still recommend them as the sale in my opinion was concluded quickly and I will be using the agent to let my existing property once I have found a suitable property to buy.

GoogleI have been renting a property for nearly 3 months now and so far everything has been great! The flat required some repairs and everything was sorted right away, mostly with the help of Angelina Raza. I have never met such a helpful agent in my life. If you want someone who genuinely cares, replies right away and makes sure that everything gets done - she is the right person for you! I am greatful for all her help.

GoogleIn the last few weeks, my family had been watching the apartments in the Ambassador House, every time homeless people were sitting at the entrance to the building, drinking alcohol. How do you expect someone to be interested in an apartment when it is difficult to enter the building by several people who drink alcohol? Thank you for your comments, we are fully aware of the situation at Ambassador House and have reported all activity to the Landlords as and when it has occurred. Our recommendation was to replace to front doors to a more secure fitting which we understand has been completed last week. We appreciate this is distressing for tenants and passers by but unfortunately is outside of our direct control as letting agents.

GoogleVery unprofessional, agent was late on viewing day. No feedback after giving an offer, I had to call them and they told me offer rejected, I said can I give a higher offer they said no. I feel like they don’t care about customer and don’t want to sell a house to me at all.

Selling a property is a stressful process but my experience was certainly made easier by the team at B Simmons on Farnham Road Slough. Any concerns or issues were dealt with promptly and I was kept in the loop the entire time and with each step of the process. Staff were friendly and willing to help so i would definately recommend the Farnham Road slough team to other sellers/buyers.
