Very pleased to have sold our property through B Simmons. Sarah has been most helpful with my parents selling they’re property. There were many issues with the buyer which dragged on with the sale but Sarah and the team did whatever they can to help with the sale where I think other agents would be slow or not be bothered about trying to help with the sale. But many thanks to them we’ve finally sold our property and move on with our life away from Slough.

Great communication, never gave up

After a bad experience with my previous agent, Leigh from BSimmons in Farnham took over. I found him to be friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, I always knew what was going on and he managed to get me loads of viewings. Unfortunately the market wasn’t great at the time so it took a while to sell. Once I had an offer Sarah took over until completion. Again she kept me updated at every stage and chased things on my behalf without any prompting, I would definitely recommend this local estate agents over a national company - they are more knowledgable about the area and you receive a friendly and personal service.

Best Estate Agents!

I would like to say B.Simmons have provided top service for purchasing a property. I dealt with Sarah and she was so friendly and helpful, there were a couple of times I didn't understand some points during the transaction and rather than going back to my solicitor I approached Sarah and she would explain to me in easy terms what I needed to know with regards to the conveyance transaction. This is the second time I have had very good experience with B.Simmons as in 2014 I sold my house with them and like again the transaction was smooth :)

Excellent, Professional, Friendly Service

Being a first time buyer, I was very pleased with the service provided by BSimmons and Son, Farnham Branch team, especially Sarah Campbell. She was always courteous and professional. I had viewed many properties through this branch and was always updated on the viewing timings and on any offer placed. Jim/Leigh had shown me most of the properties and both of them were on time in the property, awaiting for us to visit and always gave the valuable, honest information about the property they are aware of. And Sarah takes over from there and my experience had been wonderful right from beginning till the end of the purchase. She regularly followed up with solicitors, kept me updated on the status of purchase. She never shy away from following up with self or seller for sale to go smooth. All issues or queries were handled by her professionally and got that sorted in short time. And above all, she completely understands how stressful House buying would be for first timers and always dealt our silly questions will due patience. Thanks Sarah for finding us our first home. Amazing team work won’t be enough to express the service and the support B Simmons & Son provided me throughout the process of selling , Sarah is an asset to B Simmons & Son , she played a fantastic role throughout the journey , the amount of knowledge she has for all the paper work going around is incredible, She supported me throughout the process with my onward chain (buying) as well and was on top of it with the estate agent for my new property, the other person i would like to add is Aneta who was the one to book viewing's for the property , she did not give up at all , with all the changes happening around with the mortgages she still made sure i had viewings happening for the sale I had my contract with a different estate agent last year who promised me a lot of things but never delivered and i wasted 4 months with them until i moved to B Simmons & Son, it was a great decision to move with them . Update after involving the council’s environmental health repairs have magically started and mould has been treated Worst estate agent in slough who clearly don’t know what there doing and lie through there teeth..I wouldn’t even give them one star..we have complained about mould since 2022 instead of correcting the issues they leave it and let the problem grow more and more and then as for the landlord asking for a rent increase when she can’t even do simple repairs see attached Photos

Last year become a tenant of B Simmons & Son I can TRUST the paper work which they did whether its offline or online (+1 star) Received flat in good condition except some issue :) (can ignore) for which adding +1 stars. Issue is issue till it's not resolved but B Simmons provide the good RESPONSE to resolve it which adding +1 more star. +1 more star for Joslyn ma'am, who's not just listen but also RESOLVed issue if any. -2 star - some issues taking about 3 months to resolved and some are still pending but in area they are best A year almost over and we are HAPPY (except some) with B Simmons & Son service. Quick and smooth sale from beginning to end
