Great communication, never gave up

After a bad experience with my previous agent, Leigh from BSimmons in Farnham took over. I found him to be friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, I always knew what was going on and he managed to get me loads of viewings. Unfortunately the market wasn’t great at the time so it took a while to sell. Once I had an offer Sarah took over until completion. Again she kept me updated at every stage and chased things on my behalf without any prompting, I would definitely recommend this local estate agents over a national company - they are more knowledgable about the area and you receive a friendly and personal service.

Leigh undertook all the viewings for our property during 3 open house days. We were very happy with the way he conducted the viewings and found him to be a very likeable and friendly chap. Sarah handled the sale from then onwards. She negotiated a good price for us £1000 over the asking price which we are very pleased with. Quick and smooth sale from beginning to end

After a lifetime of living in the same property, it was a difficult decision to sell. Sarah and Amy attended the property and put my mother at ease and explained the whole process to her. I can’t thank Sarah and colleagues for their professionalism throughout an extremely difficult sale and purchase during Covid. Both the sale and purchase were fraught with soooo many unimaginable problems, but Sarah was there constantly guiding me over every hurdle with support and empathy beyond her role. Sarah commented that these were the most difficult transactions she has ever dealt with, and without her there were times when I wanted to give up, but Sarah got me through it. From the first initial meeting to consider the sale of the property I was impressed with a positive approach to marketing the property. The agent told me that he thought the house would sell quickly. How right he was. Within days of accepting their terms the house was photographed and put on the market. I was kept fully up to date and informed of all viewings. The house was sold within the month and funnily enough to the first person who viewed it. What service. The staff whom I spoke to both in the office and over the telephone were always helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent

Good Experience

Overall a very good experience, proactive attentive and responsive providing guidance where required as I'm not that experienced at selling property. My only gripe would be having to remind the estate agent on a couple of occasions to ensure that after viewings the property was left secure I.e conservatory door was both closed and locked. Despite this I would still recommend them as the sale in my opinion was concluded quickly and I will be using the agent to let my existing property once I have found a suitable property to buy.

Will definately use them again

Generally, very professional, friendly and efficient.
