I have been a landlord with Tina, for a number of years, not only is her service to landlords exceptional, really taking the headache away if one every happens and generally making everything run smoothly, she is also great to the tenants, a number of mine have commented on how smooth the process was and how helpful Tina was. I have been using B Simmons for nearly 16 years and have always felt them to be a great agent sourcing reputable tenants whenever the need arose. In particular Tina has always been thorough, dealing with all manner of issues in a quick and professional demeanour drawing on her many years of experience, there is little that fazes her!
