GoogleWe had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent from start to finish. Their overall conduct was unprofessional and, at times, intimidating.
Communication was poor, emails and calls were either ignored or responded to very late.
The most shocking part of the experience occurred when we collected the keys from their Slough branch. As we were leaving, Amy abruptly slammed the door on my partner, which felt incredibly rude and disrespectful. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary end to an already negative experience.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this agency. Professionalism and basic courtesy were clearly lacking.

Our role in this sale involved managing the initial sale of a complex chain of four properties, of which you were the starting point. While our direct control was limited to your specific sale, our basis of instruction was to coordinate with multiple external agents and solicitors to protect the integrity of the entire move. This was particularly critical as the families above you were facing sensitive health and personal circumstances, as you were aware.
Having been personally involved in the management of this sale, my first-hand records show consistent, daily contact with all parties involved. This high frequency was a professional necessity due to multiple price renegotiations initiated from your side at an extremely late stage in the process. When a purchase price is reduced just prior to exchange, it places the housing security of three families at critical risk.
Our direct and transparent communication was a necessary response to the urgency required to ensure the move did not collapse for both yourselves and the families involved.
In terms of the collection of keys, our branch utilizes a heavy, self-closing security door; any suggestion of intentional rudeness is entirely misplaced.
We take the reputation of our firm and the protection of our team from false accusations very seriously. Please be advised that any further public comments that constitute slander will be met with formal legal action.

GoogleCalled their sales department for a property located on Tuns Lane and they refused even to have a viewing appointment! They ask for agreement in principle before even setting up a viewing on the property. They just try to ruin your credit score... shame on them...
Beware! Avoid at any costs!
Update: I was on the phone with one of their menagers: Mrs Sarah C. and she was very polite by explaining the full situation for that property.
They just need to make sure that you're really interested to buy their properties, and taking with pottential buyers that actually have full finances available.
Hope we will be able to sort this deal out!

Unfortunately our Vendor had asked us to financially verify all applicants before viewing their property. it is quite normal and its also advised to have an agreement in principal/ decision in principal/ mortgage promise or even evidence of an initial calculation arranged before viewing properties. This ensures a buyer is viewing properties within their budget. We are not by any means wanting to affect any ones credit scores but caution and research into mortgages should be taken before starting the house buying process regardless.

GoogleI decided to invite B Simmons to come and value my home as they are not a big chain of estate agents that are all over the country and I do believe in using local businesses, Amy came out first and was very knowledgeable about the area and really put us at ease, she went through each stage that would happen and was very patient with all our questions and concerns.
When the viewing was being arranged we were kept updated at all times with days and times and then also feedback, the app that B Simmons use is also very helpful with all the information especially with how your sale is going with all the stages.
Sarah then took over with the progression of our sale and would keep in touch with any updates and be there to help with any concerns or queries we had.
