Sarah Campbell ( Manager) and Aneta Matuszewska, were so helpful and managed to get my offer accepted really quickly so I didn’t have to worry about anything. In this case, while we completely understand your interest in the home, we felt it wouldn't be a comfortable or suitable space for the number of people moving in. We’re very conscious of potential overcrowding, which could quickly lead to issues like a build-up of condensation and dampness, something we want to help all our tenants avoid for their own health and comfort. Our goal is to make sure you end up in a home you can truly enjoy, rather than one that feels a bit too cramped! We’re sorry if our honesty came across as unhelpful, as we truly want the best for our clients. I can’t thank Sarah and colleagues for their professionalism throughout an extremely difficult sale and purchase during Covid. Both the sale and purchase were fraught with soooo many unimaginable problems, but Sarah was there constantly guiding me over every hurdle with support and empathy beyond her role. Sarah commented that these were the most difficult transactions she has ever dealt with, and without her there were times when I wanted to give up, but Sarah got me through it. Having completed after 8 months of transactions I feel I have gained a new property but lost a friend. 5 STAR WELL DESERVED SERVICE. I can’t thank you enough

GoogleI bought a property through B simmons and Sons, to start with I was dealt with Mr Leigh very unprofessional person i can say, never replies back to the calls or email. If someone dealing with him will advise to have everything in written because Mr leigh verbal statements is of no value because he can change his statement whenever needed. After Leigh my case was handled by Sarah very professional and organised lady who made things happen for me . She was very responsive with the emails and calls 2 stars only because of Her otherwise Mr leigh doesn't deserve any star.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI dealt with Sarah Campbell who was super helpful. She kept me up to date at all times and helped with advice as I was new to selling a property. My solicitor has been extremely unhelpful with delayed responses and missing information however Sarah has made up for it and I would recommend her to anyone selling their property in the Slough area. GoogleWe have recently purchased our 2nd property and on both occasions we have used B Simmons & Son. By far the most friendliest, flexible, determined and proactive estate agents we have dealt with. They are a really hard working and determined business that cater for needs, whether your 1st time buyers like we once were, or in the middle of a chain like we recently have been, they go above and beyond expectation and in our eyes deliver a service that cannot be matched by any other estate agent. Postive feedback rarley gets mentioned as everyone expects good service and is always quick to write a bad review its human nature. But Without any thought I had to write a review on B simmons because the Slough team really have made our dreams come true in finding us our Family home. There is nothing like no star. Purchased through them. After a difficult completion, never heard from them, not even a card nor a Congratulations. You may get paid by the seller only but remember it’s the buyer who pays the money.

The staff was very helpful and informative which made me comfortable to process the sale through the company. They provided efficient and professional services which was very beneficial. One suggestion I do have for the company is that if they are able to suggest well trained and helpful solicitors, this would save loads of client’s time.

I asked twice before I paid, if I resigned or something goes wrong with renting the property, they gonna send me back my money (£250) they said yes, of course! they explain me, that can be more people who will book the property, and the owner will decide who will let it, so naturally money coming back to me, it was in the office, but today they change their mind, they're lieyrs. If I would know that money will not coming back to me I'll never send it! the property was all the time on the market not like they said that they took it out, so for sure they cheated more people. be careful! not recommended!!!!!!
