GoogleBooked a viewing of a property for rent, went there as per the timing giving by the estate agent, only to find out no agent was there, called the agent and he told me the property was already taken by someone else. Waste of time, very unprofessional

GoogleThe worst agency ever,if you rent with them and have a problem you will end up with months of waiting and the problem still unsolved. Even when you wanna rent from their agency the procedure takes up to 3 months. Would not recommend this in a million years

GoogleAVOID THEM!! For them it’s all about who is paying more money ... they will not care if you loose money in the process.. their word means nothing.. they will deny it right in front of you .. just a bunch of unethical people.

Hi Rajiv, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do provide "property information forms" for all of our new tenancies which details the providers. This was emailed to you (along with the other compliance documentation) two days before you moved in to ensure you were prepared and informed for check in. The meters themselves are fully visible at the time of viewing. The meter type isn't something we legally have to disclose but understand it is important to tenants. I am sorry you feel we have fallen short but would hope that tenants ask questions which are important to them before making an offer and consequently moving in. In response to your feedback we would be happy to discuss with the Landlord having your meter changed to a bill payment if you could contact me directly? We cover many levels of compliance and of course take on feedback and any recommendations. I do hope you have been overall satisfied with your new home regardless. Thank you. Sarah Campbell. Manager.

Very polite and efficient service. Always returned our 'phone calls as soon as possible if the person we wanted was unavailable. The sale went through smoothly even though it was the start of the Lockdowns and was slightly delayed as it coincided with Easter weekend. The delay was the Banks fault not yours. Would recommend you to friends and family. Thankyou.
