GoogleDisappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them to handle a sale or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect.

Once they hear back from the viewers they send you a copy so you get valuable feedback as soon as they do. This in fact enabled me to react quickly and get negotiating which resulted in my actual sale. Very professional.
