GoogleIt has been a long process and we have sometimes needed you, but we have been so impressed with Oulsnam and everyone in the team that we have dealt with, Sam, Jacqui (mortgage advisor), Ian, Jessica, Katie etc. You deserve your outstanding reputation. Everyone is thoroughly professional, efficient and knowledgeable, but also extremely warm, kind and empathetic too. That, I think, is quite special. I would recommend Oulsnam as the best estate agent I have dealt with in the area. Thank you so much!

GoogleI have used Oulsnam Estate Agent in Northfield for purchasing a new property and selling a property. I found all the staff friendly, helpful and very professional. They have kept me up to date at all stages. Would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. This was a stressful time after loosing my husband and selling our Bungalow to move to a lovely Warden Controlled gated complex. Very happy here. GoogleJessica and the team have been first class in facilitating all aspects of our house sale. From the initial valuation visit by Ian, which left us full of confidence, through to the eventual sale, everything was very professional and responsive. I would like to give a special mention to Jessica, who has guided us throughout the whole process and was always cheerful, tenacious with the solicitors, and supportive at all times, especially during the moments that were challenging! A big thank you to all of you, it was a sensitive sale and we feel we had the best estate agents in all respects.

Approximately 1 week from advertised my house is sold subject to contract and cannot give the staff at Chester le Street branch enough thanks in helping me through this process there sound honest help and advice for me was invaluable.. I lost my wife on Feb 6th 2024 after 51 years together and have decided to downsize and I’m not sure if I could have managed without all of the above Thank You Everyone 🙏🏽
