*Update* Having just exchanged, I cannot add enough thanks to Danielle for all her hard work in making this happen. The process due to the other side became extremely complex and difficult but Danielle was calm, stayed in touch with all parties and kept everything moving as smoothly as she could. Without her we couldn't have got here. I’ve had the privilege of having Michael, Lois, Nicola & Danielle working to help me with the sale of my property. From the very first call, to the house visit and throughout the sale process to now they have been attentive, understanding, proactive and responsive at all points. So far a truly exceptional service and would highly recommend anyone in the Sittingbourne area selling to make this team your first and only call.

During the process we dealt with Lee in the office, who gave constant communication and feedback, from the start he was friendly and open about everything, he would send properties through and also follow up, genuinely listening to our wants and needs in a place. When viewing properties we met Crystal who was lovely, she was really informed and anything she didn’t know she found out for us. As first time buyers, everyone we dealt with here made the process simple and easygoing, out off all the estate agents we’ve dealt with in the area they’re by far the best!

We cannot recommend Lucy highly enough! From the very beginning of the process, Lucy has been absolutely fantastic and has made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. Lucy has always been incredibly helpful, professional and reassuring. She has kept us informed throughout, answered all of our questions, and has always been so friendly and approachable whenever we have needed her help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. From start to finish the service was exceptional. A very professional and polite introduction by Michael. To be honest when I was first quoted the agent price, I had done my research on other agents but Quealeys was not the cheapest - but all the wsy through I felt in very safe hands. They make the selling price seamless. Where the value of paying a little more comes into its own is between offer and contract exchange. Danielle went over and above. As buyers, Quealy & Co have been absolutely fabulous so far. Based on our wants in a home, Lois found us exactly what we needed presented at such a beautiful standard. She’s warm, friendly, and makes a lovely cup of tea! The two estate agents that chaperoned our first and second viewings respectively were fantastic. They were there to help with questions, very professional, but also step back and don’t smother you as you look around. Both were very warm personalities. Raf, their in house mortgage broker is an honest, calming, intelligent, and genuine man. His rates are competitive and he becomes an aid in your mortgage for life. Worth every penny. Danielle in Progression has also been wonderful. A very straight talking, understanding and kind lady. I do love our chats! All in all I can genuinely say that Quealy have been an absolute pleasure in guiding us on our buying journey and I would recommend them to everyone.

I placed my property in Northfield with Oulsnam to sell and overall felt they did a very good job. After the first prospective buyer pulled out they were very pro-active and found a second buyer very quickly. They then progressed and provided me with regular updates and saw the sale through to completion. They were always professional, friendly and had experienced staff with good local knowledge.
