I found Oulsnam to be one of the most effective and responsive property agencies in Birmingham. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out during my property search. I would especially like to thank Ron Cashmere, who went above and beyond to help me. He showed me numerous properties, always with patience and a clear understanding of what I was looking for. Oulsnam was one of the first agents I approached but I was swayed by another local firm; big mistake! The other firm did not know the demographic, did not spend time with the viewers and after 3 months they offered no advice other than to repeatedly drop the price. Four weeks in with Oulsnam, and the house had sold at over the asking price. The buying process was delayed due to poor communication from the buyer's solicitors. Throughout this situation I was contacted by Amanda, reassured and kept in the loop. Near the end of the process, Amanda took many calls from me and answered all my questions. Amanda was professional and measured. I am glad I made the swap. A reputable company that offers speedy communication and knows the processes inside out. Thank you again, I would recommend you without hesitation.

Oulsnam was the estate agent when I bought my first property, and I couldn’t have been happier with their service. Even though the process took almost a year due to a leasehold-to-freehold change, the team was always supportive and kept me well-informed throughout. Naturally, when it came time to sell, Oulsnam was my first choice. They exceeded my expectations by selling the property quickly, above market value, and without any issues, even though the buyer was overseas in Hong Kong. Recently, I worked with Oulsnam Northfield again, specifically Natalie, to purchase a property with great potential. Their understanding of my needs made the process seamless, especially during the initial stages. In hindsight, I wish I had used their recommended solicitor, as Oulsnam provided far more support and guidance than the solicitor I chose. Throughout the entire process, they reminded me of each step, clarified anything confusing, and offered valuable advice. I can not recommend this estate agents enough, they are truly a hidden gem in an uncaring incompetent industry. Danielle Goldsmith and Lucy Byng have supported us, been an outlet of frustration, work around our working lives, always contactable and reply within the hour. A family member is trying to sell their property (82 Reams Way, Kemsley, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME102GD). On the advert on their website they have a "Hyperlink" button for a "Buyer's Report". This allows a "potential" buyer to see the advert in the style of a "report" showing everything about the property in a PDF document, including Energy Efficiency, Local Amenities and Transport Links etc. However, the document downloaded is showing the wrong property. This would "put-off" any potential buyer's. We have contacted their office multiple times and was told they would pass the message on to 'Sam'. We never heard back from Quealy. So we "acted" as a potential buyer and submitted an online form about the property and "surprise-surprise" we got a call within 2-3 minutes from........ you guessed it, Sam. Head in the sand? Or something else? Either way, the issue of the "Buyer's Report" has been like this since 11 May 2026. We only noticed this issue out of curiosity of why the property might not be selling. In all fairness, its not the sole contributor to why it isn't selling, but it highlights another company that is reliant on automation to do their jobs without double-checking the final product. Rookie Error to say the least.
