I just want to give a huge shout out to Jo, Dawn and Julia! They're simply amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough. I purchased a new build house through them, and can honestly say Jo in particular was a godsend. She chased the solictors, the developer and any other party that needed a gentle nudge. Dawn was fab picking up some snagging issues that we caught prior to completion and kindly dealt with the developer for us. Julia was fab helping us get our deal accepted. Over all I couldn't have got into my dream house without them. Upon completion they gave me and my partner a beautiful little hamper full of luxury goodies! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! 🥰

Dealt with Gin at Shirley btanch during our purchase and she was wonderful with liaising on our behalf to keep the vendor in favour of our offer. She chased vendors solicitors for us and kept us appraised, always getting back to us in even busy times. Can't fault the service received would highly recommend Gin. This was a first time buy for me and everything was explained in layman's terms and without Gin I'm certain the sale wouldn't have completed. So 5 stars all around

Cannot recommend smart homes enough!! We chose them after having a bad experience with another agency and the service was miles ahead. All viewers actually turned up, the people who showed the viewers around were all excellent, very knowledgeable and the right level of salesy but not pushy. We had regular contact with the team at all times, weekly updates, viewer feedback, sales progression etc. The sales progression team were great, having that was a life saver, big thanks to Gemma who was excellent in ensuring all hiccups were overcome. Massive plus over other agencies, who were more expensive and told us not to contact them after offer stage!! Competitive pricing also

We decided to use Smart Homes Shirley to sell our home, and that was the best decision! They say that moving house is the most stressful thing to do, but with Smart Homes and Debbie Guest in particular this was not the case. The team at Smart Homes and Debbie herself have been amazing through this process. Whenever we called the office to double check something, require an update, push the sale along are questions/requests were always answered either immediately or as soon as possible. In this current climate I know it’s difficult to reach people but this was not the case with Smart Homes and I felt supported throughout the whole process. I can't thank Smart Homes enough for their help with my purchase. From start to finish every single person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Helen and Louise (Lewis) in particular are fabulous. I appointed Smart Homes to sell my current property and my late father's house. By selling 2 properties a very reasonable selling rate was agreed. I was really impressed with the video of my property which was well over 3 minutes long. It flowed very well from room to room and into the garden. Within days of going on the market appointments were being arranged on both properties. The staff members were very professional and I was able to reach individuals easily by phone and email. The fact that Smart Homes are available 7 days a week was an added bonus. However a special mention has to goto Debbie Guest a 'sales progressor'. Debbie was always available and always returned calls and emails even late into the evening. Debbie's commitment to ensuring a successful outcome on both 'sales' was first class. I cannot rate her highly enough in this regard. Debbie even contacted me on her day off. In summary a really good service, local and in my experience I certainly would use them again.

With how difficult it is nowdays to get on the property ladder, and many sales going to bid & finals, Smart Homes (acting for the seller) went above and beyond in their customer service even when we were only at offer stage as buyers. Early on we dealt with Irene who was super understanding and kept in touch regularly about the offers, and then when our offer progressed Helen in the sales progression department was so responsive and clear throughout, and almost never needed chasing for updates.
