An excellent estate agents from start to finish! Smart Homes really do live up to there excellent reputation. The staff were so accommodating and had greay communication throughout. Viewings were taken with care and regular check in from the staff were so helpful. Providing that personalised approach. A massive shout out to the whole team, however in particular, Adam C, Lyn and the wonderful Serena! Who's approachable character and professionalism shone through. Thank you so much for helping us find our forever home. Definitely would recommend!!!

A special thank you to Trish who goes above and beyond in her role. We purchased a home via Smart Homes and Trish was the sales progressor. Trish spent hours on end chasing solicitors on our behalf, sometimes working past her shift times, and on her non-working days. We are truly thankful for her support in our buying journey. The buying and selling journey can be very stressful, but with the support she provided to us, took some of the burden off. Brilliant service from Smart Homes Estate Agents. I cannot thank them enough for making our house sale stress free. I had been let down by another local agent who cancelled my appointment at 2 hours notice. However, I called Smart Homes in the hope of getting an valuation appointment and Simon managed to value my property within the hour. He was honest in the valuation and listened to our requirements and the team organised everything and the property was ready to be listed within two weeks. We were lucky enough to realise a sale within 3 weeks after the Jersey negotiated on our behalf. The sales progression team supported us right through until completion, communicating effectively and relaying queries quickly back and forth to keep everything moving in the chain. Sue was brilliant in reassuring our buyers and answering any questions they had in regard to the property. This agent is a gem in the world of estate agents and certainly breaks the mold and I would certainly use then again. Thanks again!
