Honestly our experience couldn't have been worse. We bought a house through Smarthomes, we were shouted at by our sales progression rep, phones slammed down on us, accused of sabotage, provided no support or advise (we had to go to another estate agent), lied to on multiple occasions and encouraged to ignore advise from roofing professionals because "I know what I'm talking about and they are wrong". They pride themselves on customer service??, then they might want to have a word with our rep. When she went on holiday it was the best service we got from them. However I would like to thank Adam for his service, absolute stand out, kind, professional and very approachable.

I used Smart Homes recently to sell a property that I owned after asking for recommendations on a local Facebook page. They were brilliant from the start. Warren gave a realistic valuation and good advice (as the property needed some modernisation) and he kept in touch through the valuation phase and the viewings. Then the sales progression team took over. Both Nicola and Sue kept me informed every step of the way and their communication was excellent. All in all it was a really good experience at a time when the market is very challenging. I would not hesitate to use Smart Homes again for buying or selling and I think a lot of companies could learn a lot about how to communicate effectively from their team. Thank you all at Smart Homes for a straightforward and trouble free selling experience. You were great! I'd recommend you to anyone. X

It's been a while since I had to sell a property and I was wary of the process. I was really impressed with the Sales Progression Team at Smarts, in particular Debbie. She kept on top of all parties involved, in a complex three way sale, and doggedly pursued matters to ensure that the sale eventually completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Smarts again.

After a horrendous 10 months with other local estate agents trying to sell my home by continually lowering my asking price I reached out to Jamie and asked for help . Jamie advised immediate solutions and worked with me to ensure that my home could be sold without losing any more off the price … The day I went live with Smart homes I had 6 viewings booked within the day and from the first viewing I had an offer of the asking price which I have gratefully accepted .. A special thank you to Trish who goes above and beyond in her role. We purchased a home via Smart Homes and Trish was the sales progressor. Trish spent hours on end chasing solicitors on our behalf, sometimes working past her shift times, and on her non-working days. We are truly thankful for her support in our buying journey. The buying and selling journey can be very stressful, but with the support she provided to us, took some of the burden off. We have found our forever home, but if I were to sell again I would use Smart homes without a doubt.
