We cannot speak too highly of the work that Laurence and his team did when selling our property. We couldn't fault the professionalism shown throughout what turned out to be a stressful process but it was that extra attention to detail that made the difference. Whether clarifying details with the buyer, overseeing the property while we were absent or encouraging us in a positive and optimistic manner when problems arose, nothing was too much trouble. Our sale was a very modest one in terms of value but that made no difference to the level of professionalism shown throughout by Laurence and his excellent team.

Great job. Lawrence and his team are fabulous. Rolfe East were our favoured candidate out of 3 potentials and Lawrence went one to get a great price. Thereafter the team worked really hard to progress what turned out to be a pretty challenging transaction in which we were the final part of a long and complicated chain which included agricultural property that had been sold at auction.The communication throughout the process was outstanding. Having sold two properties via Rolfe East (Sherborne Office) in the last 30 months, I would unreservedly recommend Laurence and his excellent team. We had several good offers - and accepted, within 2 weeks on the first property and within 8 weeks on the second property. The successful offers were either on or very close to the full asking price. This is largely due to an expert initial valuation, excellent marketing and a professional team that continue to proactively sell the properties on their books, whilst maintaining good communication with all parties involved. I will definitely use Rolfe East (Sherborne Office) in the future.

Truly an amazing, professional and personal service given by Rolfe East. Laurence and the team including Paige, Sophie & Katie also previous staff members have been great to communicate with throughout the process. They treated us with respect and understood the importance dealing with a sale of a property that required vision to take forward and complete. I have recently purchased a house through Rolfe East estate agent and I cannot praise Jessica Weymouth enough, she was absolutely brilliant. Whilst she always working on behalf of the vendor she was instrumental in keeping our purchase on track despite numerous bumps in the road. We have had superbly professional, realistic, enthusiastic and communicative help from Laurence and Sophie at Rolfe East, backed up by efficient and friendly phone communications from Megan and Natalie. Our house sold for the asking price in just 5 days. We would recommend - and already have recommended - Rolfe East to friends and neighbours, or indeed anyone. The blurb on our house was excellent and was informed by Laurence's knowledge of the London market and the trends in our area. We received it a matter of hours after his valuation visit. He also followed up with detailed information on all the similar properties sold within a month of our valuation, which was exceptionally helpful in guiding our asking price. The photographs were beautiful, including a brilliant 3D model, helping online viewers to visualise the property to.its best advantage. Laurence also understood the character and potential in a tired 170 year old cottage with listing constraints, conservation area limitations and an unattached garden. We could not fault their work on our behalf, even backing us when time constraints caused some tensions towards the end of the process. The whole process felt safe and dependable and we will always be grateful for their help.

From the first trawl of properties in the area Rolfe East stood out. They were quick to respond and arrange a virtual viewing that was followed up by a real time visit to the property. Throughout the process the estate agents were professional and responsive providing accurate information and anticipated time scales. Even managed to get the for sale boards removed quickly. While I do not anticipate moving again if the need was there I would use them again.
