After giving an offer for the asking price, the manager is still sending buyers. If he did not like you, it is very difficult to buy. He saw my deposit and ability to buy, but still dragging . The seller told me that she told him to accept my offer. God knows the reason

GoogleI bought a property in Sherborne through Rolfe East, who provided an excellent service to me as a buyer. The agent who dealt with the property worked tremendously hard, above and beyond the call of duty, and was very patient. My queries were answered promptly; outstanding issues were chased up and resolved without delay; the really rather haphazard, unhelpful agent further down my chain was dealt with tactfully but firmly. Without this help from Rolfe East I am not sure when the sale would have been completed. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. GoogleKept in touch well. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. The estate agent I dealt with was very efficient and pleasant. I would give 5 stars but she was not available when I moved hence spent quite a while learning where all the switches, valves, touchscreens were, what to do with them not to mention the downloading of an app to operate the electric radiators. Possibly just a consequence of moving into an ultra modern flat.PositiveProfessionalism

Reaching exchange of contracts was proving difficult due to the ever-lengthening chain (and solicitors involved) but Laurence in particular worked very hard to get them communicating with each other to get the result we all wanted! All at the office were friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. Lack of professionalism from the management side. We moved in 10 months agor in a flat full of issues (no hot water nor heating for our 3 first days in winter), with a broken boiler which is breaking every 2 weeks. Our request for boiler change are being ignored as well as all the other issues (damp house,fox infestation because of broken shed where they live in, and more ....) which are being ignored. We are fighting about everything and no being heard. This is unacceptable for the price we are paying we NEVER has a week without an issue since 10 month. Now the landlord surprisingly is thinking to sell the flat and is asking us to vacant the house in 2 months on our contract renewal date... How convenient! If I'd known I would have avoid them at all cost. The worse experience I've ever had as a tenant.

GoogleWe were really happy with every aspect of the service we received from Rolfe East. Their fees were competitive, they prepared great property particulars that showed our home off to its best advantage, gave us reasonable notice for all viewings and were generally helpful, professional and pleasant. Later, when there were problems in our chain, they helped smooth things over and kept the lines of communication open, which enabled us to proceed to completion. We would definitely use them again if we hadn't just moved out of their area!

GooglePerfect 5 star service from Rolfe East Sherborne; couldn't fault it. As a buyer I had the unfortunate experience of my own house sale falling through at a very late stage. Rolfe East were very helpful, keeping their sellers informed of my intentions and this kept the pressure off me at what was a very stressful time. I felt confident keeping them in the loop as I raised alternative funds. The purchase was delayed, but we got there eventually, thanks to the tact and patience of the Rolfe East team.
