TrustpilotAbsolutely Shambolic!
Absolutely Shambolic! I put my flat up to rent, the tenant has been in my property for 3 weeks now and I haven't received a single penny from Rolfe East nor a decent explanation as to why! Then today I get a statement where I have been charged for services I did not even request, charged multiple times for one off fees. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys, nothing but hassle and stress. They are masters at time wasting and money grabbing.

GoogleLaurance and his staff were brilliant. The sale of my house has taken six months to complete and it is because of the unbelievably effort from Laurance the sale finally went ahead. Laurance makes that extra effort and you can contact him in the evenings and weekends which helps if you have an urgent problem. I had been trying to sell my property with agents in Yeovil with no success so I tried Rolfe East in Sherborne and after two viewings I was successful.

From the initial request for a valuation to the successful conclusion of the sale, the Rolfe Team were responsive, professional & keen. They bring a more contemporary attitude to the Estate Agent scene in the area, which needed a 'laundering of stuffed shirts', and demonstrated why they have received their several official accolades. Their marketing presentation of what was quite a challenging property was exemplary, both descriptively & photographically, and their pricing advice while taking on board our aspirations, proved effective. They are worth every penny of their very reasonable fee. The size of their office proves that the best things come in small packages. Well Done Guys!

It took us 3 years to have the courage to put our house on the market and this was only after friends and family highly recommended Rolfe East to us: they lived up to our expectations. Every step of the way they were highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They were great at staying in-touch and keeping us up-to-date with developments all the way through. They are all incredibly hardworking yet never too busy to answer our queries, no matter how trivial, and are highly dependable. We are quite sure that they were the keystone in helping everything to go through so smoothly. We appreciated the personal touch that you receive from the whole team at Rolfe East and can not recommend them enough.

GoogleI think this is a really excellent estate agent. They have been very proactive with regard to their regular contact with me as a potential buyer and the service and highly professional advice they have provided is impressive. They have offered a bespoke service and have gone to great lengths to identify my priorities as a potential buyer and then matched them with properties in the areas they cover. All members of their team have offered an excellent level of discreet customer service, have been easy to deal with and been unfailingly pleasant and polite. I would have no hesitation in using this company to sell my property.

GoogleThroughout a roller coaster ride trying to sell our house during the Brexit period, Rolfe East and in particular, Laurence Truett, has provided the very best information, the concrete support and patience when all around us was chaotic. Laurence had to cope with Is losing our first chain before Christmas and did his utmost to keep us in touch with our dream home. Just after January, we were back in the game. He was instrumental in chasing solicitors, ensuring that our sale was smooth this time round. He always made time to cope with my questions, rants and frustration and has always put my family first. In short, I really couldn't rate them higher. They offer realistic advice and a personalised service that you will not get further up Cheap Street. They are very much how estate agents should be. Honest and hard working for all the right reasons. If you are thinking of buying or selling around Sherborne, you won't find better quality customer focused service. GoogleI was very impressed by the proactive nature of the service, the promptness of replies and the willingness to do that extra bit. I have found it a rare experience in the last twenty years not to be chasing up for answers and waiting ages for replies. I would definitely recommend Rolfe East (Sherborne branch) and only wish I had used them to sell my last house.

I recently had an appointment, November 2020, to view a property managed by Rolfe-East. The agent who came out from their Ealing, London, branch is utterly unsuitable to be a salesman. He was rude, disrespectful, big headed and made it seem like he is doing me a favour to show me around. He put me right off that property or any other connected to Rolfe-East.
