GoogleTrying to find somewhere to live in Sheffield when based in Aberdeen seemed like a daunting task. It was! However, Kieran Rumsey at Reeds Rains proved to be both friendly and very helpful, and ultimately successful. After one opportunity had slipped away, Kieran stepped in and we managed to secure an even better flat (an extra room!) than the one that got away! Kieran's help is much appreciated. Thank you.

GoogleSubject: The sale of my home. This is just message due to Lisa Sharp and Tom. I met Lisa by a phone call in my nieces car in car park at home prior to home visit, I heard and thought how friendly cheerful etc..Eventually after seeing 4 valuers no.5 turned out to be Lisa and sounding just has down to earth has before. Discussed various items, Lisa came up with a more practical valuation, decided to do modern auction advised. Arrange a reserve price knowing I needed refurbishing etc. Could also do all business on line I thought as fantastic. Had photos took board put up, I was told 7 or 8 became interested immediately. Had many appointment viewings on of first viewers was OK to pay reserve price, kept ringing up to check if sold yet. Advised not to sell to wait to all have viewed. As it happened I was advised correctly. The auction day was set up and a closing time. What happened next was like magic thanks to Lisa and Tom From a very satisfied customer.

GoogleSuper easy to move in, no confusion on my next steps it was so straight forward and kept up to date with progress of moving too which was fab! Flat itself is so quiet and clean, couple corners with some dust but not a bother as it’s bound to happen. No complaints at all!

GoogleJasmine Lapp, Lisa Sharp & Adam Sheldon are all legends in my eyes. Jasmine showed me round my flat, answered all my questions and was very professional throughout. After a price was negotiated, I gave them a date that I wanted to be moved in. Adam the mortgage advisor displayed all options available to me and I felt very able to make an informed decision. Adam and Lisa both kept me informed throughout, kept the solicitors moving forward and had me moved in by the date I wanted. An incredibly good service that met every one of my needs throughout. Adam even informed me how much to put on my car parking ticket before meetings. Although I understand Adam has moved to another Reeds Rains branch, I’m sure his professional legacy remains. Even went in not long ago and Jasmine offered me a funky German sweet - she didn’t have many left either. Always putting customers first. A customer experience of the finest quality. I have no hesitation when recommending this branch and the genuinely lovely and personable staff they have there. A very happy customer indeed.

The whole process was very efficient and painless in one of the quickest rental agreements i have ever had to arrange. GoogleI was shown around a flat recently, but it wasn't really what I was hoping it would be. However, after speaking to Scott who was showing me round at the time mentioned there was a place which might be of interest to me. Later that same afternoon Scott called me and said he had another viewing quite near to the flat that he had mentioned earlier, and would I like to take a look. The flat he took me to see was exactly what I had in mind. I had my offer accepted the very next day. Thanks Scott 👍

Google4 weeks. That's all it took to speak to Reeds Rains, get my house on the market, sell, and complete the transfer. 4 tiny little weeks. To my knowledge, that's unheard of in the world of property! James (Holding) was nothing but professional and friendly, and made what can usually be a stressful period in one's life, into a stress-free and really pleasant (and super quick) sale. Would highly recommend using Reeds Rains to sell your property - or even to buy one! - they're a wonderful professional bunch, especially James!
