GoogleWell disappointed the 2 time somethingn here happening 1st had viewing i put offer and after 3 weeks later replying and after i send email back again one week later replying email so they are horrible with replying by emails, 2 time today had viewing 10 min before called their colleague got sick and need cancelling viewing even explaining i not living here and got 2 journey so but they dont care. Conclusion They putting schedules what fit for them not for bayers. And replying replying emails with offers u have to wait long time . Highly not recommended
Further to my call to you today, I am really disappointed to see you have publicly rated our service as one star. We have been trying to professionally act for you since November of last year, and after making a offers on two of our properties one you pulled out of after acceptance and the other you disappeared, despite repeated calls to your mobile and multiple emails chasing for a response you failed to reply. We have been chasing constantly for an update on your progress to be advised you were no longer looking as you had secured an alternative property to purchase. Sadly we are unable to predict when staff will become sick and we were disappointed to have to reschedule your appointment today, we did however offer you an alternative appointment the same day just some 4 hours later than the original appointment. We would like to wish you well in your search for property but in this industry sometimes a level of co-operation is required.

GoogleNo service at all sadly. I completed their online request for an agent to contact me. Their response was that I contact them, not the other way around, this despite me having supplied my mobile number. I eventually, after more than a week, received an email from a staff member, advising that they couldn't make international calls. Most businesses today operate on wattsapp calls so I don't buy this excuse for lack of service.
16/10/2023 We have tried to call you again this morning on the number supplied and this simply does not connect. We would respectfully as you remove this review as it is damaging to our business. If you would like to supply a number to us that we can reach you on then we will happily call you. I am sorry to see your reply Alison and one star review, of course we can make international calls however sadly we do not all operate with WhatsApp. We have tried to contact you on the number supplied however this is not connecting, which we advised you of immediately via email. Sadly if we do not have a connecting phone number we are unable to call you. If you can supply a number of course we can contact you. My colleague has also supplied you with his own personal number to contact him on WhatsApp - I really do not see this as lack of service

They are extremely professional but also friendly and understand the property market and needs well. They are sensible and incredibly responsive . They want to work with you. No issue is too small, and they generate solutions to issues - and have done that extra thing that helps. Kindness is not something you find often when dealing with estate agents. GoogleCompletely misled by the advert for a flat in S6. Says 1 bed, it's a studio, says furnished, it's unfinished. Stuart said works is been scheduled for the flat, as it's smelly, dirty and untidy, like the rear of the property which is like a dump site, but doesn't know when the work will be done, or who's responsible for the rubbish at the rear. Waste of time, clearly don't care about managing this property, or taking time not to mislead people on their website.
Dear Alan can you please let me know which property this related to as we do not cover the S6 area and I believe that this review should have been left for the Hillsborough branch. If so could you kindly remove and redirect to their webpage as this is damaging to my office. Thank you so much

GoogleI have previously found moving house to be a very stressful experience, however with Reeds Rains, the whole process from the initial application to the collection of the keys has been excellent. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, especially Rhea, who kept me up-to-date on every step of my application and is always happy to help with even the smallest of queries. I expected moving in a pandemic to be difficult but it has actually been the easiest and most stress-free one I’ve ever done, and that really is largely down to all the team at Reeds Rains for being so punctual and responsive! Thank you!

GoogleI have personally had the most amazing experience looking for a new flat with Reeds Rains, all the staff are super friendly and have gone above and beyond for myself and my partner to help us get the place we wanted. As this is the first time we have looked for a place to live they made the experience so enjoyable and I can't praise them enough for all the help they gave us. Lisa kept in contact with us regularly and was a pleasure to speak too whenever I had a concern or was worrying about something, not once did I feel awkward to ring her and ask any questions I had.
