Useless. Not worth your time, money or patience.

Sent an enquiry about an apartment within minutes of it posting. Called that same evening, twice the following day, and again on the next day. They did not make a single attempt to get back to us. On the 4th call we were told that it was "fully booked" for viewings and we "did not get our details submitted in time". Absolute rubbish. They never asked for any details and we submitted numerous enquiries. I dread to think what'd happen if you had any issues with your letting. Avoid.

I have to say Hillsborough estate…

I have to say Hillsborough estate agents. Well where do I begin. It has been the worst experience of my life. The stress and the anxiety the manager put me through was horrific. I have sent an email of complaint to the director of Haybrooks but I assume I will receive the same amount of customer service as I received from the manager. The manager excels in being a bully.This saddens me that I have to write this as I have never experienced anything like this before and they still want me to £2700 in fees for the privledge. By the well make sure they tell you about the VAT as they didn’t tell me. So I thought £2250 was bad enough they put another £450 on top. I could go on forever but I’m notI’m hoping the director of Haybrooks can salvage their reputation but I don’t hold my breath on that.

Worst estate agent ever

Worst estate agent ever, I am selling my property through another agent (property perceptive), had more than 8 views and managed to find a buyer in a week, but unfortunately the buyer pulled out after 4 weeks due to their financial situation so my estate agent has to find local agent based in Sheffield, there they made a ultimate wrong choice1. Haybrook doesn't help in any way finding buyers2. My estate agent found a buyer but on completion day, Haybrook not even accepting to handover keys to them, this stressed me out a lot as I have to travel to Warrington to complete my new property. They put on sale board but never seems to work at all.Such a worst agent to work with, please avoid it at all costs!

I received a letter from haybrook gleadless branch in Sheffield saying if you are interested in moving home book an appointment with us so we can value your home and talk you through the steps of moving. We are wanting to move into a bigger home now we have children so my wife booked a day off work because they could only get Wednesday mid day. 6pm the day before we get a phone call saying theres been a double booking we need to reschedule...we was slightly annoyed with booking time off work but thought it happens so had to arrange again for a couple of weeks later..That morning two hours before the appointment they phone goes again sorry we need to reschedule...it is very unprofessional I will never use this company again. They obviously think people can waste time and money never again

Really excellent long term service for helping my elderly mother buy per apartment from vendors selling through Haybrooks Hillsborough. You can only tell the quality of the team when something goes wrong and there are difficulties.
