Unprofessional

I received a letter from haybrook gleadless branch in Sheffield saying if you are interested in moving home book an appointment with us so we can value your home and talk you through the steps of moving. We are wanting to move into a bigger home now we have children so my wife booked a day off work because they could only get Wednesday mid day. 6pm the day before we get a phone call saying theres been a double booking we need to reschedule...we was slightly annoyed with booking time off work but thought it happens so had to arrange again for a couple of weeks later..That morning two hours before the appointment they phone goes again sorry we need to reschedule...it is very unprofessional I will never use this company again. They obviously think people can waste time and money never again

Really excellent long term service for helping my elderly mother buy per apartment from vendors selling through Haybrooks Hillsborough. You can only tell the quality of the team when something goes wrong and there are difficulties. Sue and the team went out of their way to help throughout, ironing out the wrinkles all the way and my mam is now happily in the flat thanks to this teams dedication. Thank you.

Shame there isn't an option for no stars. No communication or even worse the wrong information give time and time sgain. Calls unanswered, un returned, emails never replied too. Very unprofessional emails recieved. Cannot understand how such a big company can get away with such shocking service. Will never deal with them again. Been so stressful trying to sort anything out I feel sorry for tenants and landlords being made to look bad through haybrook poor service

Do not let your property out with this company at any cost. They are horrendous through and through. An unprofessional money making mickey mouse company who do absolutely nothing for the huge amount of money they take from you every month.Unprofessional to say the least in more ways than one. Manager - Sharon ringing up at 10.00pm on a Sunday evening to discuss a contract??? Thought this was perfectly acceptable conduct. Stated she had a spare minute so thought it appropriate to call our home. Office staff never answer phone calls despite message after message being left. I would rather leave my property empty than deal with this joke of a letting agent. Please folks take my advice and don't let your property out with these money sharks. They are rubbish in every which way possible.

Helen, Helen, Helen!!! An absolute diamond and an assette to Haybrooks. We accepted an offer on our home back in August and we are just about to exchange contracts today and complete next Friday. Since accepting the offer Helen has continuously chased up paperwork and solicitors and kept us updated every step of the way. Recently purchased a house via haybrookes hillsborough, assisted by Joanne Calvert and Helen Dyson. Absolutely fantastic customer service from day one. They regularly chased my solicitor, vendors solicitor and gave me regular updates to ensure sale progressed in an efficient way. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. They were able to help me troubleshoot last minute issues to ensure the desired completion date could be met. I would not hesitate to use their very professional and honest services.
