Due to the unexpected falling through of the temporary accommodation I had arranged following a recent house sale, I had to arrange a let in incredibly immediate circumstances and due to the unexpected nature of the situation, it was far from straight forward and potentially an incredibly stressful one. However, thanks to the help from Zoe Gregory at Haybrook Lettings, everything was sorted within 24 hours and my new home was secure! Would fully recommend and I'm very much looking forward to renting from them for the future :)

Unprofessional and lazy company.

Haybrook Estate Agents are possibly the worst organisation i’ve worked with. I pay them every month to manage a home that I rent out. So far there has been five ignored emails & several phone calls each promising a callback which has never materialised. I am trying to handle taking possession back of my home, however I am unable to do this as no one will ever call me back or answer my emails. I have decided to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman as advised in their compliance procedure. This organisation has to be the most ineffective and unprofessional organisation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.I have lost all trust in this company, and I’m actively seeking to move away from any involvement with them in future.

Friendly and Approachable

I have most contact with Meg at Haybrook who is very approachable, friendly and understanding and she always works hard to get the repairs and any other work to the flat arranged as quickly as possible. I feel very comfortable in contacting her for any help I need and on days where she is not available the other staff are also very friendly and helpful. They chase up work that hasn't been done and check in with me to make sure work is completed. Thank you for all the help.

I don’t normally leave reviews but definitely feel I need to share my recent experience. We are just about to complete on our sale and can honestly say Haybrook have been fantastic throughout the whole process. From my initial appointment with Yvonne right through to the work that Joanne has done, everyone has been so helpful. As soon as the house was up on the website, Haybrook had arranged several viewings and we accepted an offer within about 7 days. Unfortunately for us the buyers pulled out but straight away Haybrook had arranged 5 more viewing and we sold to another buyer within a couple of days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haybrook and will definitely use them again (if and when I come to sell). Thanks to all the teams efforts

From my very first meeting with Linda when she came to value the house, through putting it on the market, dealing with viewings to receiving and accepting an offer, the whole team have been professional, polite, friendly and so very helpful. The phone is always answered extremely promptly and with enthusiasm whoever answers it - Mandy, Linda, Sue, Jo, Abi or Helen, and I think I have spoken to them all! All the staff armtHaybrooks, Hillsborough branch were really friendly and helpful when we were looking to sell our parents house. When we first met Linda she was able to put our minds at ease, she is very knowledgable telling us what they would do to help us sell the house and get the price we wanted. She explained what would happen and how we could keep track of everything using their website. The staff working in the branch Sue Helen, Jo & Abi where able answer any questions we had if we rang them with any queries and they helped us when we received an offer, giving advise on what we needed to do. If I was ever to sel my own house I would use Haybrooks, Hillsborough branch and would recommend them to friends.

We haven't ended up buying a property through haybrook but we attended 2 open houses with them while we were searching. Both open houses were run by Sue Smyth in the Hillsborough office who was brilliant, really friendly and professional. She also contacted us directly to let us know about a house we may be interested in which I was very impressed with as despite registering our details and criteria with a number of estate agents, only she did this. I would very much recommend the team down in the Hillsborough branch, being a first time buyer the girls I dealt with were all very helpful. Mostly speaking to Jo by phone, she was fantastic and kept me really up to date with everything that was going on. Sue showed me the property I am buying and answered all questions I had whilst looking around. The other girls I came across in branch, Mandy, Linda and abbi again we’re all brilliant and efficient in again keeping me up to date with the whole process. Highly recommended! With so many estate agents out there, knowing which one to choose is a nightmare, but from my first meeting with Linda I knew that Haybrook were the right company for me, she was very professional and honest. From then on Jo and Sue took on the sale of my property. Both very friendly and efficient and kept me informed every step of the way! Sale now complete! Helen took me through the last few weeks, keeping me up to date with proceedings and all ran very smoothly. I also used Haybrook's recommended solicitors, RG Solicitors, and again very professional and efficient all through the sale process. Couldn't recommend both any higher! Haybrook have been fantastic! Linda took photos that showed my property off beautifully - attracting the sale I needed. Sue managed my sale - keeping me informed every step of the way. She was also kind and caring to me helping me cope with the stresses of selling. Mandy managed the property I was buying - my dream “forever home”. Again she kept me and my vendors informed throughout ensuring the chain stayed together. I cannot rate Haybrook enough - my sale and purchase has not been without its ups and downs but they seemed to genuinely care about making my dream happen and were reactive and supportive in solving problems to keep everything in motion. Haybrook have been fantastic at selling and finding us a new property. Everyone provides excellent customer service. Jo & Sue are excellent at arranging viewings and keeping you up to date with feedback. They are also fantastic at letting you know when new properties arrive on the market. Linda and Helen have been great at preparing our property for sale and keeping us to date with solicitors feedback and time scales for buying & selling a property. We used Dan at Just mortgages for our mortgage and again he kept up frequently updated on the process of our mortgage. We are hoping to complete the sale and he purchase of our house/home in 3/4weeks and everything so far has been 5 star service! We will always recommend Haybrook to friends & family.
