Very professional and helpful service. Nothing was too much trouble. The agent I spoke to most was called Becky. Every single query I had she dealt with promptly and efficiently. She was always kind, friendly and reassuring, always answered emails and calls, even going the extra mile on her days off. Even though I'm a buyer, I would deffinetly consider using Haybrooks in the future if I decide to sell.

I feel the service I had from all of the team at Haybrooks was very good, particularly during such testing times in the pandemic. Before deciding which estate agent to use we met a few different companies to discuss things with them. From the moment we met with the people from Haybrook we were convinced that they would be the best agents to sell our house, and we were not wrong. They very quickly arranged an open day and the house was sold in under 2 weeks. We were then stuck in a difficult chain but throughout the process they were extremely helpful. Throughout the original purchase of my house as a first time buyer and when coming to renew my mortgage, mortgage broker Andy Burton's advice and support has been second to none. As I was a complete novice at house buying, Andy talked me through every step and was easily contactable throughout the process. He explained everything really thoroughly and put me at ease at what can feel like a very daunting journey. So much so that it was Andy I requested to meet with to look at my mortgage renewal. Had the ordeal of buying a house through this estate agents! Terribly unprofessional put us off buying the house. Very pushy. Kept questioning our commitment to the sale which again put us off. Didn’t keep us updated! Untrustworthy. Lied about our solicitor said they contacted them when they didn’t! Don’t know who is worse Micheal or that mob in the office!! AVOID there is much cheaper and more trustworthy estate agents in Chapeltown!!
