The property was advertised accurately with some very good photography. Within two weeks we had received and accepted an offer from some well placed buyers. Haybrooks sourced help with the conveyancing and everything is proceeding well. The whole team at this branch are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

The Haybrook team in Chapeltown have just helped us through the sale of my mothers house. From the good professional advice on advertising and viewing to the selection of prospective buyers they were excellent. Issues with the buyer changing solicitor meant that the process turned out to be quite protracted, but we were kept promptly updated and reassured by Emily and Emma from the office. The pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the office made a positive difference during what was a very stressful time. A big thanks again!
