Never been to such a estate agents with soo much hassle. The person spoken to unprofessional. Appalling customer service. Inconsistent information provided on each call. Insist on so much information for a viewing. Book a viewing then a text or call recieved when at the property to say that its been cancelled without a reason. Overall the worst experience ever come across from an estate agent. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.NegativeProfessionalism

Absolute joke!! Me and my partner put an offer on a property valued at £110,000, we offered £130,000. Haybrook decided to go to best and final offers and told all people interested the highest offer was £130k, which meant we currently sat highest bidders but we went to 135k Just to be outbid on best and final. CREATING A BIDDING WAR MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY.
