Regardless of issues with the bank she made sure that i manage to get the property and not once was I in an uncertain situation. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe Chapeltown office are selling my partner's house. Absolutely hopeless, 5 months on and still no completion date. Have to keep chasing them for updates. Staff in office don't have a clue about customer service or selling houses. I would rate this office as 0 but not able to. Do not use this office or use another agent.

GoogleAnya did my remortgage back in February and brought my monthly repayments down by over £100 per month. She also helped sort my insurances out. Really helpful and she kept me updated at all times even out of hours! Would highly recommend to anyone!

GoogleHad Michael around to do a valuable. Very friendly and personable. Made everything so easy. They weren't the cheapest, but made me feel confident in using their service. Sold house withing a week (still STC) and girls in the office were lovely and helpful so far! Would definitely recommend.
