Always up to date on our case, communication outstanding. As others have said, we never had to chase, Emily always got back to us. First class and very professional level of service.

GoogleHaving not achieved a sale with an internet estate agent in the previous year we turned to Haybrooks. The agent took new pictures which showed the house off to its best and had potential buyers booked in even before it went on Rightmove. We achieved a quick sale and completed in 6 weeks. Whilst I cannot fault the service, and the fees are clearly explained, they are expensive.

He has given us really good advice and gotten us really good deals on our first mortgage and our remortgage. We will only be using Andy for any future mortgage advice, great service!

GoogleDisappointed with staff when I enquired about a property I was interested in for the 2nd Time of calling it seemed it was too much trouble to give e directions, although staff found it quite amusing judging by laughter in background.

Moving home is a stressful time but the Haybrooks team did an outstanding job in smoothing out the ups and downs in the process. In particular they understood how important maintaining communication, with us as their clients and members within their team, was to the process. The team leadership demonstrated throughout the sale, from the initial agreement through to final completion was of a very high order and was key to our positive experience.
