We just moved into our first home which we purchased through Haus and had an excellent experience working with Heather. Whilst we did experience some long delays due to our sellers, Heather and Haus were very supportive and helpful in mitigating these as much as possible. As first time buyers who had dealt with some awful, rude estate agents with other properties we offered on, we were pleasantly surprised with the great treatment from Haus. We always felt like they were acting in our interest as buyers, and not exclusively focused on the sellers interests to make it as smooth a process as possible for everyone involved. We are over the moon with our house and have no plans to sell anytime soon, if we do ever sell we will definitely consider using Haus. Highly recommend for anyone currently looking to buy or sell a property!

Haus were excellent in particular Mark who handled the sale in a very professional way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and in fact the house sale was much easier than we could have anticipated and Mark realised an excellent outcome. We really felt that we could trust and rely on Mark, he kept us very well informed and handled the whole negotiating situation in a very respectful way. All our queries were dealt with in a very pleasant and reassuring way and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The online portal was a very useful and time saving tool, this sets Haus apart from other agents, in addition their opening hours make them much more accessible than other agents. There was nothing we could suggest that Haus could have improved upon. We would fully recommend Haus not just for the outstanding service but also their fees. Thank you Mark and Haus.

Heather and David and indeed everyone we have met from the Haus Homes team have managed the sale of our home in the best possible way. First of all they really listened to what it was that we wanted to achieve from selling our house of 36 years. They shared loads of advice and tips all of which turned out to be really sensible. At every stage Heather and David have made us feel very comfortable and remaining in control of the process. The way they presented our house made us feel very proud. The result: within two weeks we had fifteen viewing appointments, six immediate offers and a then a final offer we are very happy with! I’d highly recommend Haus to anyone looking to sell a property. The service they provided us has been fantastic from start to finish. Each member of staff we dealt with was completely on the ball and very dedicated to our sale. They made the whole process very easy, and we sold above asking price so we couldn’t be happier! The online sellers portal is fantastic, it made keeping track of viewings and offers so easy, without the need for constant phone calls. The fees were competitive with other local agents, but their availability out of normal business hours was what stood out for us. A special thank you to Julie, who really helped push our sale through with the solicitors in the final few days, she saved us a lot of time and stress and we are very grateful!

Everyone who I had contact with throughout the process of selling our house was fantastic. David, who came to chat with me about the company and how they could represent us was personable and friendly. The marketing / photography for our brochure was extremely professional and well presented - and the ladies who came round were so encouraging and kind whilst I scrambled to try and make the house 'look presentable' :) Olivia (absolute god send), who dealt with every single one of my queries (and there were many) could not have been more accommodating. She went far beyond the call of duty on several occasions to help me, especially towards the latter end of the selling process where we were in the chain. I underestimated the level of stress that this adds to life in general and I honestly can not express enough how wonderful, reassuring, organised and proactive she has been. I would just like to say what an amazing service Haus provide. We have just completed on our house move and the experience with Haus has been excellent. The support from David, Heather and the Haus team has been a fresh change to the usual estate agent experience. They advised on the pricing and the reasons behind this due to the way that people search for properties on Rightmove which I feel resulted in returning us a great price for our house. The way that the viewings and feed back was managed by Heather was also first class and with the back up of their on-line portal which allowed us to keep track of all the viewings and feed back with out have to take numerous calls while at work was a great help. If you are considering selling give Haus a call as I am sure you will be very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work.

From valuation to sale, we have been nothing but impressed with the service Haus have given us. They are so professional and thorough, but even better than that, they are genuine, real people, who really care about their clients. So different to any other estate agents we have experienced! Being a small team, their approach is very personal - we loved the regular updates we received by phone or through the online vendor portal. The marketing and effort to sell our property was exceptional - so much so the process was complete within 10 days!
