I had a excellent experience with Haus. Starting from the very beginning with Claire, who was wonderful and took the time with me to discuss various options for our house. To Heather who looked after me once my property went live, and managed the process smoothly and efficiently. She gave regular updates throughout the process and chased other estate agents and solicitors involved in the chain. The vendor portal is also really useful. This is updated by the team throughout the process. Would highly recommend, thanks for everything!

Double review Approx 5 yrs ago now I bought a house which was being sold by Haus (Sheffield), in this time I was looked after mainly my a lady there called Olivia. Haus + Olivia provided a very pleasant and professional service and 5 yrs later when I came to sell the same house, I had no qualms about letting Haus deal with my sale from start to finish. By having a little bit of history with Haus I dealt mainly again with Olivia and can’t recommend her and her fellow colleagues enough, as at times it seemed my buyer was playing a game, without the help of Haus + Olivia I have no doubt the sale would have fell through. At the time of writing, Haus were operating on 0.85% of the sale price, maybe not the cheapest out there, but when you weigh up all the negotiating and hassle they put up with on your behalf, I would say worth every penny! Recently sold our first home through Haus. The level of service was amazing and exceeded our expectations - especially the communication and updates throughout (specifically Josh) which were second to none! We had originally listed via another Sheffield based estate agent and the house did not sell (in addition to receiving terrible service) so we were quite disheartened and not very optimistic when we relisted. However! Haus put our doubts at ease, sold our home for a price beyond our ideal and made the experience as enjoyable as selling a house can be! We cannot recommend them enough and are so grateful for the care and attention they gave us over the last few months! Thanks team! ❤️

From initial valuation to the day of completion it is impossible to fault David, Heather, Julie & the whole team for their pure professionalism in the process of selling my Dad’s house. The sale was not straight forward and we even had to start the process again three months down the line but a new buyer was secured quickly and progressed to completion this week. Their combined knowledge is second to none & I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

I had a wonderful renting experience with Haus Homes. First day we met Helen to show us the flat. Suggested some attractions in the area and the best shopping centres, which was great. Quick email responses and always kept me informed of the process. Explained the property and how to get around to the parking space. We viewed a property which had been empty for some time. Haus provided an excellent viewing service, taking time to answer questions and explaining the process as the seller had gone into a home. The description of the property was easy to understand with a good plan. We made an offer and Haus facilitated our surveyor very quickly. In the middle of the transaction the seller died and we had to wait for probate. Julie at Haus kept us informed of progress throughout. Haus also arranged for extra inspections of the property and for the garden to be kept tidy. They also allowed us extra visits so we could take measurements. They were very professional throughout the process, start to finish, and this led to a successful completion.

As we were buying a newbuild, we were required to exchange contracts early yet had no concrete completion date for our buyer.
