GoogleSimply the best!! From valuation to completion David and his team, at Haus, were professional and friendly throughout the selling process of my dad’s home. Josh was an absolute star, he kept in contact the whole time, keeping me updated, giving me regular progress updates. If you are looking to sell your property, then use Haus. They are the real deal!!!

GoogleBe very careful with these people. They will list a cheap property and then use interested buyers as pace horses to raise the asking price. I even offered the asking price and was told no. Very unethical and unprofessional. It is firms like this that gives estate agents a bad name. Yes flat 27 Norwood road. Very shady. I was promised a virtual tour for over a week and then was sent one claiming my contact information wasn’t correct and then immediately messaged Me saying the buyer accepted another offer. So shady. I will be taking further action.

It always seems unfair to pick any person out but I feel special mentions to Heather who's determination got the sale over the line in record time and to David who's advice and patience throughout the process has been remarkable . I would and already have recommended Haus to friends and family .

GoogleAs first time sellers we were anxious about the whole process of selecting an estate agent, selling our home of 20 years and finding a new home. Fortunately, one of the estate agents we spoke to were Haus who immediately made us feel at ease with their personal and professional touch, this made the decision to go with them extremely easy. Our agent is Abigail who introduced herself to us and immediately put a hypothetical arm around our shoulders ensuring we didn't lose our minds while also making sure everything ran perfectly for us. We cannot recommend Haus enough and would never even consider using a different estate agent if needed in the future.

GoogleWe recently rented two of our properties in Sheffield through Haus. We have owned four properties in Sheffield since 2009 and as such had to deal with many of the city agents through the years. I can honestly say this was the best experience we had so far and our only regret is not finding them earlier. Their setup fees on the full managment is a little expensive but it seems the norm in Sheffield. I think the industry needs to review what the real cost to a landlord is, but this is a separate issue I suppose. The service was honest, they took action and executed advertising and letting both properties in a matter of two weeks, which I thought was great. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend their service.

GoogleI recently sold my childhood family home for my elderly mum, with Haus. I can highly recommend Haus for a professional, efficient and attentive service. The online portal provided easily accessible and up to date information, on a daily basis. Heather, at Haus, worked tirelessly to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. She looked after us every step of the way in such a genuinely friendly and supportive manner. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The circumstances of the sale were a little complicated, but Heather remained positive, knowledgeable and extremely supportive guiding us empathetically through the whole process. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. They are very reasonably priced and worth every penny! The whole team are amazing! I cannot thank you enough.

GoogleI cannot praise Haus enough for how they have been there for us over the last few months. Buying a house can be a really stressful experiences but everyone at Haus was kind friendly professional and efficient. They always did what they said they would do, kept us informed and were at the end of the phone every time we needed to talk. If you want to use an Estate Agent that is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with then chose Haus...I cannot recommend them enough !!!

GoogleI’ve had experience of estate agents before ( good and bad) and friends and family have also shared their experiences and horror stories with me. Haus and the team in Sheffield by comparison stand out from the crowd. All through my recent experience my hand has been held. Heather at Haus was even able to provide updates before my solicitor did! I dealt with mainly Heather and Josh who were outstanding, however every time I rang the Haus office anybody could give me updates as the system was kept bang up to date with every interaction from all involved parties. I opted for Haus to do all my viewings which suited me better. I was given timely debriefs and updates which I was grateful for given selling a house can be very stressful at times. I would highly recommend Haus for buying or selling your property if you want a first class service and peace of mind.

GoogleWe viewed a property through Haus and although we have not bought yet I would just like to share some feedback. David who showed us round was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was in contact with us after and gave some brilliant advice which you just do not get with some other agents, we felt he was not just thinking about the sellers but also the buyer.
