Well what can say......Haus were amazing from beginning to the end. I spoke to Heather in November 2020 and she was extremely approachable, polite and professional. I was particularly impressed with Heather and how quickly and well she retuned my calls and emails. Nothing was too much trouble. Heather played a big part in getting our new house completed so quickly. We put in an offer in January 2021 and we completed on March 5th 2021 which was 26 days before stamp duty was to end. (Although it has been extended now). We will definitely use Heather at Haus Homes when we sell our next house. Haus felt more personable than the other estate agents did. Thank you so much Heather - you were brilliant.,

Exceptional in every way! Selling a family home due to bereavement was not something we had been looking forward to, but Haus took away all the stress and made the whole experience easy, and even enjoyable! Right from the first point of contact they were very responsive, and their teamwork was second to none - the Vendor Portal being a brilliant tool to inform everyone of the status and progress of the sale. Everyone we met or spoke to on the phone was friendly, professional and very efficient and obviously enjoy working for such a great team. Thank you to Claire, Alison, the lovely photographer and last, but not least, to our 'star player' Josh, who did a fantastic job keeping things moving and keeping us informed every step of the way. I have recently sold my house through Haus and honestly can say they have been amazing! My sale was complicated by the fact that I no longer live in Sheffield so I really needed an estate agent to take care of everything and Haus did just that! I have used Haus Homes Sheffield three times now and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. They are really good at marketing properties in such a way as to create great interest amongst the right sort of buyers. They have managed to achieve this for all three sales despite them all being quite different. They were also available when we needed them, responding to emails and phone calls incredibly quickly to give advice and guidance, even about houses we were trying to buy. Heather Slater at haus was our estate agent for our previous move and had been so helpful and efficient so when we came to move house again she was our first choice and they did a great job again. Heather (and all of her colleagues) have always been so efficient, helpful and friendly and do a really great job and always super professional. They were great with helping sort viewings and marketing the house and we got several offers within weeks of listing over asking price, and were great throughout the transaction. I would just like to say what an amazing service Haus provide. We have just completed on our house move and the experience with Haus has been excellent. The support from David, Heather and the Haus team has been a fresh change to the usual estate agent experience. They advised on the pricing and the reasons behind this due to the way that people search for properties on Rightmove which I feel resulted in returning us a great price for our house. The way that the viewings and feed back was managed by Heather was also first class and with the back up of their on-line portal which allowed us to keep track of all the viewings and feed back with out have to take numerous calls while at work was a great help. If you are considering selling give Haus a call as I am sure you will be very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work.

Haus were recommended to us by a friend who had used them and were really impressed with them. Haus made the whole process of selling our home run smoothly from start to end. From Claire's excellent advice on how to create great photos of the house to Josh who was our negotiator and got us a really good price. The team in the office are excellent and most importantly are really good at answering the phones for client bookings and feedback. I think they have a really good process which made selling our house feel less stressful and very smooth. I have already recommended them to friends who want to sell their house.
