We give Olivia from Haus 10/10, 5 stars, thumbs up and a big hug for her hard work dealing with our purchase. Despite the repeated delays from solicitors, she relentlessly fought our corner in pursuing action from management companies and the solicitors - a great intermediary between the seller and buyer who always kept the ball rolling and the seller and buyer informed. Always there to advise if she identfied a potential snag and delay, we came to regard her as a friend and respected ally. Superb service & lovely friendly lady - she was fantastic.

We sold our house using Haus earlier this year and were extremely happy with the service we received. In particular, the individual online platform used makes all communications between parties extremely efficient. They have a modern approach too which goes beyond the traditional estate agent model. Olivia managed the chain for us brilliantly and was more than happy to prod / chase whenever needed. The best way to describe the process was seamless and no request / question was too much trouble. We've recommended Haus to a number of friends and that is the biggest endorsement possible.

Outstanding. Ian, Heather and David are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. All three of them have the personal touch I’ve never experienced in this industry before and are highly experienced. They will achieve the best price for your property making them excellent value for money too. After an initial failed attempt to sell our home via a different agent, we contacted Haus. Ian came along and explained how we could improve our sales strategy giving practical tips based on his extensive experience. He restored our faith that our house was indeed sellable, and we agreed to appoint Haus. They completely refreshed our marketing with some new, high quality images via a professional photographer this time and we launched our house again via Haus. Within 24 hours of advertising we found our buyer! This was then handed to Heather who is just lovely, an utter pleasure to deal with. Again, using all of her experience she guided us through the process and kept us fully informed throughout. They know what they are doing and are passionate about your home.
